I received email saying I made application for a $300 loan. And I need to respond by email for manual processing . I have no idea who or where this company is located. I never contacted them by email EITHER. I don't need my email address sent to random loan companies saying I made application . Who sent them my email address ???
I looked for their website indirectly afterwards Tel 888797/6064. Need to wait about 5min. Need to be patient for the lady to answer .
I asked her to remove my email address from calling list and not to send me any more "alleged application emails " either.
She said she noted and removed my email address from list.
I hope so !!!!

Upon review of customer's account history, customer never requested account to paid off and there was some misunderstanding of how this loan works.
But as of 4/3/2014, We will close customer's account and consider paid off.

I applied for a loan with Harvest Moon Loans on May 6, 2016. I completed the application process and was advised that I would be called back in about 20 minutes. The person that took my application information was very courteous and professional. He assured me that he would contact memail regarding my loan application. I didn't hear from him or anyone else. I got no response the few days after filing my application so on Monday, May 9, 2016, I called and received a recording for a 20 minute wait. For several days I received the same recording. On May 16, 2016, I called again to get the status of my application and was told it was denied because of incorrect information regarding my checking account. In order to have the information corrected, I along with a Harvest Moon associate, contacted my financial institution and received the correct information regarding my account. The correct information was presumably entered into their system at which time I was advised that I would receive a call within about 10 minutes. I called at 2:04pm. At 7:22pm, I still had not received a response and called to get the status at which time I spoke with a Harvest Moon representative who pretty much attempted to pass the buck and disconnected me. I called back and got another representative who eventually advised me that my request for the loan was denied. Although I was informed by the previous representative why my loan was denied (inaccurate information), all of a sudden this one was clueless. At 7:28pm, I was told that I should have received an email explaining the reason my application was declined. Here it is 8:09pm and I'm still waiting. As polite and professional as the representatives may appear, they are only there to make the money. Once your loan application has been denied, there is no need to show courtesy or professionalism and the don't. Before I could say thank you after receiving the information that was given to me, the representative rudely hung up.

Contacted this company while on vacation, company asked me to go to a website and put in a code. I followed their directions and it pulled up my personal bank account login page. I then checked the Revdex.com and found that they had negative reports and unresolved issues. I warn anyone who attempts to do business with this company to beware and check them out before you let them access your account. I did not do this thankfully.

I am have a problem talking to a live person to pay my loan off. They continue to deduct the interest but will not allow me to pay off the loan. I have paid over $200 on a $100.00 loan.

I was told I would get a response for a small loan within 20-30 minutes, I called back several hours later because I got an email from my employer saying they verified employment. This is after they checked my bank account and received a check stub, just to be told it was denied. I didn't even ask why. Not the best customer service, and very invasive to be denied.

Do not trust this company! I was applying for a loan and received an email from Harvest Moon addressed to another customer. When I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my security concern, I was given the runaround. Their customer service is horrible!

I am grateful to Harvest Moon because my credit is horrible so this service will really help me.

This company is the worst. They always seem to have an unusual high call volume all throughout the day. Their customer service sucks. As son as someone comes to the phone they hang up on you. Email the they will not respond. Stay away from them

We collected $164.73 on 1/26/2015 (first due date) but customer reversed all the transactions after the 1st due date and only paid us back $164.73 out oforiginal $564.73 which customer agreed on the contract. We are not even counting any NSF charge.Account can not be closed until...

Well I took 150.00 lone and I did up date my paper work with a new gmail and paid it in full , though they were so post to take the money out in payments but didn't ...
It then went to collection , not three party collection , I'm trying to build my credit because I have no credit ...

So do I go for another one or not .Being they never called me or took the money when they so post to ?

Honestly, it's what it says..get over the hype. These people are busy processing hundreds of applications and it can be expensive..but they tell you. I took out a Starter loan and paid it off. I got a loan for 100 the fee was $45 because my account was in great standing..I just need 200 but I got 100. I happened to pay it 3 days early but it was paid in full with no problems, I paid 145 with no interest. I plan to get a larger loan as a returning customer, I'll be back for a great review.

I will say the exact same thing as everyone else. They are impossible to get ahold of and never respond to emails or calls. The voice mail box is full. I did a $100 loan and they charged me a $43 service fee 6 times. I have asked my bank to stop payments from then and am reporting them to the Revdex.com I recommend everyone else do the same. This way they can be shut down so others to not have to deal with this.

Harvest Moon Loans had no problem giving me the loan, have no problem drafting their payment but I have A PROBLEM getting anybody on the phone for customer service. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof, IS HORRIBLE and why is the phone a cell phone...it says the Verizon customer can't be reached!? Starting to think Harvest Moon Loans is a scam and will be reporting them to the Revdex.com.
