It was easy to get and I needed it so I guess it worked out well for everyone. If I need a loan again I'll be back to harvest moon loans since it was so fast and easier than when I had other online loans before. A lot of information on their site and with their customer support people which makes understanding the whole process easier

I applied and signed docs, how long til I receive the funds?

My experience with Harvest Moon Loans was very positive and I found the company to be trustworthy and willing to help people with financial problems. They were always friendly and available when I had questions or concerns. They were very understanding when it came to working with me the two times I was short on my check and the payment from them didn't go through. Thank you Harvest Moon Loans

You guys really are terrible at responding back to your customers within a timely manner. Also, you never respond to emails or phone calls I'm actually still on hold as I write this review. I myself Aldo work and customer service so I can say that you guys are horrible at your jobs.

Review: I was approved for a $400 loan on 1/14/15 for a total payoff $565.52. I've tried to contact them via telephone and email regarding buying down my loan to pay it off with no resolution. I spoke to a representative about drafting $300 to buy down and with the next draft to pay it off. This never happened. They continued to draft $165.52 from my account every two weeks and this was not discussed when I was approved for the loan. When I called again, I was advised that nothing was documented on my account and that I should complete the buy down request on their site which does not work. I soon stopped getting responses all together.Desired Settlement: I would like this loan to be paid in full as they have taken more than they should have.

We collected $164.73 on 1/26/2015 (first due date) but customer reversed all the transactions after the 1st due date and only paid us back $164.73 out oforiginal $564.73 which customer agreed on the contract. We are not even counting any NSF charge.Account can not be closed until customer paid back at least original principal amount of $400.00.Thank YouHarvest Moon Loans.

Customer received a loan from us for $400 on 1/14/2015 and total amount of $564.73 was due on 1/26/2015.We collected $164.73 on 1/26/2015. Customer reversed every transactions after 1st due date (by putting No Authorization from customer's bank) including transaction on 3/23/2015.Customer has not paid back original principal to us. ($400 - $164.73=$235.27)We do not understand at this time what is customer's intention when customer still owes fund that she burrowed. We are not even mentioning any fee or interest.Customer refused to speak to us and we really don't have much option other than collect $235.27 (Principal Amount not including any fee or interest).At this time, we just need to know if customer has any intention to pay the principal back to us.We also included transaction records showing customer put either stop payment or No Authorization on most of transactions.Thank You

I am appalled at this company. I have a young couple that took out a $100 loan on May 8th. It was to be $145 paid back, which in itself is ridiculous. They have taken 7 $45.00 from their account and still say they owe $145.00. Something has got to be done!

Review: I contracted with Harvest Moon for a payday loan of $100. The first payment was due on 3/26/15 and I extended said loan until 4/13/15. I was charged an extension fee of $46.38. Instead of debiting $146.68 from my account on 4/13/15, Harvest Moon extended my loan again, without my permission, for $46.68. On 4/27/15, 5/11/15, 5/22/15, and 6/8/15, Harvest Moon extended my loan again without my permission.Desired Settlement: Since Harvest Moon has recovered the principal of $100 with these unauthorized extensions, they should not make any more attempts to debit my checking account in the future. The loan has been paid in full and then some. Harvest Moon violated the contract.

Review: I was told when I borrowed money ($400) a fee would be charged of 185.00 which I thought was excessive for thirty days, but proceeded anyway. during the middle of the month I noticed a fee of the $185.00 then again at the end of the month. It was never explained that there would be a fee charged every 15 days!!!!! I called to payoff the loan at the end of the month and was told that the loan had to be paid three days prior and that harvest moon could not take instant payments so it would now carry over to the middle of the month and I would once again be charged an additional $185.00! In reviewing my bank statement I have found that they have in fact charged me 3 times in the amount of $185.00 and will access an additional $185.00 due to their inability to take immediate payoffs. so for a thirty (30) day loan of $400.00 I will have paid OVER $1140.00!!!!! This is not only absurd it is deceptive and criminal.Desired Settlement: I want the two charges of $185.00 returned to my checking account. If Not I will also file a complaint with the FTC as well as file fraud regarding the amount with my banking institution.

Review: In July 2014 I took out a loan for $200. This is the first and only time I have had a payday loan. Since that time this company has been taking approximately $80 out of my checking account every two weeks totaling nearly $4000 for a $200 loan. I have written letters, emails and called with no reply. I can not close my bank account as this is where my paycheck is automatically deposited and all of my bills are paid from. I sure could use help getting a contact for a live person at this company. This is loan sharking at the very least.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all monies except for the initial agreed upon amount. They have in my opinion stolen $4000 from me and I can not get a response from anyone at this company nor get a live person on the phone. Thank you for your assistance.

Review: Working with Harvest Moon was the worst financial experience in my life to date...... I was granted a 100 dollar loan from those people and the financial fee was a mere 46.68 which I was fine with....... I know I asked for no roll over in the account and very specifically stated that I wanted to do a payout on the upcoming pay date..... They chose to roll the loan over without my permission TWICE! I confronted them and they basically called me a liar. I asked what the final buy out was considering they had already taken 2 payments equalling to $92.76.... So I was under the impression that the remaining balance would be all that was owed. Nope! Tricked me..... The full $146.68 was what the lady told me after being on the phone in between holds and incompetent people for 36 minutes. I told her that I couldn't believe how they did "business" and that they are crooks (both truths) and how disappointed I was in their company for taking advantage of folks in a bind. I will absolutely never recommend them nor will I deal with themDesired Settlement: Payment of 53.62 which is what the balance would have been if they had not simply charged interest. Or waive full payment.

Review: I requested a loan for $200.00 on 11/13/13 in which the total charges to incur was stated to be $291.77, to be paid on 11/21/13. I extended this loan and agreed to pay just the fee of $91.77. Since then, every two weeks Harvest Moon has only debited the fee and send me an email stating that I extended my loan yet again. I never signed any documents for an extension. So far I have incurred $371.04 in only fees, as they say that I extended my loan every two weeks. This is an example of the message I get and the one I received today: Dear [redacted]: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. If there is any question as to your current balance, please contact us immediately.) This company is the worst. They always seem to have an unusual high call volume all throughout the day. Their customer service sucks. As son as someone comes to the phone they hang up on you. Email the they will not respond. Stay away from them

When I was thinking about getting this loan, I was a little worried because it was my first loan. I got a loan for $200 and with a financial fee of $91.77. I was told if I just pay the 91.77 and roll over my account that I would only have to pay 200 dollars on my next paycheck and also I won't get charged interest on that 200 because I wouldn't have got the loan if I did. Now it's two weeks later and it's time to make another payment my bill is NOW 292.76 and I was told that if I roll over and pay the financial fee that it doesn't do anything because I get another financial fee if I don't start paying my principle. So now I still have 300 bucks to pay off. I've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to figure all this out because the person I spoke to ([redacted] ext. 0775) said this wouldn't and shouldn't have happened.

Review: I secured a $300 loan from them on 1/1/15 with terms discussed, I agreed and received the loan. To this day I've paid $416, I tried to get into my account to check status and check on the terms again as I believe it to be paid. I couldn't get into my account and after the 4th attempt to contact they answered and said they would send account password and info to email and I still owed another $450. I was shocked and said those were not the terms we agreed upon and I was not paying that much for 300.Desired Settlement: No longer take $ out of my account.

Review: This conpany has continue to debit my account even though my loan is paid in full and they also illegally financed my loan against alabama state laws. Any time I call to get them to straighten out this issue they just put me on hold for over 45 min and then disconnect me. I have even emailed the company over a dozen times and they just send me this generic we are working to resolve your issue email and someone will contact you shortly and I never hear from them.Desired Settlement: I would liketo see them have to follow state regulations so nobody else will experience this incovience that I have experienced with them. They take advantage of the unknowing person who doesnt realize that they arent here to help you but to steal from you.

Review: This company refuses to answer any of my emails involving actual amounts due. I have sent 5 emails after getting charged more than double what I agreed to on 6/1/13, however no one will respond. I have called as well and there and it just rings and rings then goes to a voicemail. I have left several messages in which NO ONE will call me back. This has been going on for weeks. I signed online to payoff the account as well and the system wont even let me select the full amount! I dont recommend using this company to anyone because they will charge you way more than you agree to and have zero customer service skills.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this account closed. I would like someone from that company to email me back so that I can find out exactly how much they will are intending to charge. It shows I owe less than $115 to this company and after the immense amount of stress they caused me and the fact that I have tried and tried to contact them to no avail, I would just like to be able to pay the amount that I borrowed (the $115 WITHOUT another service fee) because this place is already trying to rob me. HELP!

Review: I received a call about a loan I was approved for ($100) I accepted and was told I only had to make two payments. They have taken money out THREE times and when I tried to contact them about it, they never responded. I was to pay 148 back and that has been paid. I went to their website and took a look at the account and it says I still owe the 148 and that the three times that money was taken out was for some type of fee, which was 49 dollars and some change. What was taken out my account adds up to more than 148. I have emailed them again to let them know I would be reporting them and still no response. HARVEST MOON is a SCAM. If they call or email you DO NOT ACCEPT.Desired Settlement: That they contact me and let me know that they will not be taking out and to get rid of my information. I have already spoke with my bank and if money is taken out they will be reporting them as well

Review: I have tried contacting harvest moon to make a payment for the full balance. They charge $46.38 every two weeks as a "Service charge" for a loan that was only $100. I have put a stop payment on my bank account, but they continue to charge me. I have emailed and called harvest moon, no one answers, and there is no pay off option on their website.Desired Settlement: I do not feel that I need to pay them anything else, I have already paid back $138, that is the loan amount plus interest.

Review: I have tried to contact this company for months to tell them that I want to pay off the full loan amount. They have not returned my calls or emails. And they keep taking almost $100 every 15 days. One day they even took two payments on one day, over drafting my account and incurred overdraft fees. I had my bank stop them from going into my account. Yet they still try every fifteen days and I have still not received correspondence from them except an email telling me that they could not receive they payment so on the next billing cycle they will take two payments again.Desired Settlement: I want my money back that is over the full loan payment amount. I also want my overdraft fees paid for. And I want this company investigated.

Review: I took out a payday loan and have been trying to pay them total amount due, the online payment system for this company doesn't work and so I have been calling for several weeks now and when I call and someone answers the phone, I tell them I would like to schedule to pay my loan off and then they put me back on hold without asking me any questions and never answer the phone again. They are currently charging me about $51.00 every 2 weeks, I just own them 159.73 and have been trying to pay them but can't get anyone on the phone and they are just rolling over this charge. I just want to pay them on the scheduled date of January 23rd in the amount of $159.73. This is my 3rd attempt to schedule and pay them off.Desired Settlement: I just want to pay the loan off and then for them to stop charging me fees for rolling over payments. I want to pay the $159.73 and be done with them.
