Review: I have been having the hardest time trying to pay out my loan with them. Two weeks ago, they debited my account the day before my paydate and emailed me and said that it was returned by my bank. I called my bank and checked my account, nothing was ever debited on my account by this company. I did not notice that they tried to debit my account the day before they were actually supposed to debit it. My paydates never changed since I had a loan taken out with them and I feel like because I'm trying to pay them off, things are changing. I spoke with someone about this but now I have to pay a $30 refinance fee. I noticed yesterday, 5/6/15, I received an email saying they are debiting my account that day and I was furious because they are not supposed to debit my account until today 5/7/15. I called and was placed on hold but they never returned to the phone. I emailed them twice, with a red flag for important and I was never contacted. I opened up my email this morning and I see an email they sent yesterday 5/6/15 saying that they debited my account but my bank returned it. Once again, nothing was debited on my account from this company. I have been calling all morning and I get no answer. All I want to do is pay this of!Desired Settlement: I would like to pay this off today without the other fees being charged. I want to be done with this loan!

Review: I requested a pay off on the principal loan of $200.00 +92.96 interest set for August 30,2013 was told that they having bakning system error and keep calling them no answer told to leave voicemail asked for supervisor gave information with no call back. I received an email that thye going to debut on tuesday September 10,2013 which they did not due. I am know receiving email they going to debut on the September 13,2013 for two payments which is not right. I'm attaching email information.

Review: I have had my account with them since Dec 5th of last year and I only borrowed $100 dollars and too this day I am still paying them 46.38 every two weeks when I get paid too me I should be finish paying.They said I was paying the the fee and if I wanted to pay it off I could pay the 146.38 but too me I have paid this . I really think this is some kind of scam because if I can't pay the 146.38 off when was this going to end with them taking money out of my check years down the road I really think someone need to check into thisDesired Settlement: I think I should be finish paying so I would like for this to be settled

Review: I recently recived a payday loan from this company. The arrangment was I barrow $100.00 and pay $145. On the 10th of june in full. Now they have extended till my next payday. I will be paying them 150% on a $100 loan. Harvest loans sent me an email on their website yesterday at 1:45pm. After several attempts to call yesterday and today there has been no call back nor have I been able to talk to a person. I am put in hold for 10 minutes and then an atuomatic hang up. I have also sent emails and no message back. I just want to pay my loan in full on the date that was originally given or talk to someone to clear this up.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay my loan in full on the date that was originally given to me and not pay back 150% on this loan.

Review: On 05/20/2013 I recieved 500.00 from HarvestMoon loans on a payday loan. Since this time They have taken out 2,090.56 out of my account. Nothing has been taken out of the original 500.00. All the money they take out they say is a fee. I have now found they are not following minnesota law and they are not licensed to do business in minnesota. I did talk to a girl - I can get the date and name . She laughed at me and told me they did not need to follow minnesota laws. On 10/22/2013 I notified my bank - [redacted] - to stop payments from this company. On 11/08/2013 another deduction came out. I am currently working with Wells fargo to fix this . I emailed the company today and let them know as of 10/22/2013 they were unauthorized to withdraw any more money.Desired Settlement: I want HarvestMoon Loans to follow minnesota laws and adjust my loan accordingly. I want the account to reflect paid in full and to have them no longer contact me, nor take money out of my account.

BEWARE!!!!!! complete rip off! They charged me 213% for a 200 dollar loan but wait that's not all they failed to explain that the 78.76 every two weeks they took out of my account was only service charges. My fault for not keeping a good eye on my finances. I payed 630.08 before I caught it and had to change my bank account # to stop their acess to my $. Please learn from my dumb mistake do not borrow money. They say they are tribal and when I asked What tribe they dident know.

Review: I had started with harvest moon to get a loan, they did not follow up with me at anytime about the loan, I had discuss certain arrangements with the first agent I dealt with, those werent meant but yet were agreed to. I currently asked for another loan and I was told it was approve, the rep I recently talk to said thats not true even thought the previous rep said that he would. I feel like they took advantage and went against what they said to me. all I asked is the first small loan I took, that they write it off and I stop being charged, they didnt word their agreement right and didnt follow up after I discuss arrangements with the first rep. Review: On June 26th, 2015 I filled out an online application for a loan. I received a call from Harvest Moon to verify the information within the application. We had a conference call with my bank for further confirmation. I was told I would receive a call to inform me if I was approved or denied. I received a call and voicemail later that evening stating I was approved for the loan and needed to electronically sign the documents. U did that via the email link I received. Once signed the loan was to be wired to my account. As of June 30th, which according to the website would be my deposit day, the funds were still not in my account. Since that date I have made numerous calls only to be paced in hold for up to 30 minutes only to be transferred to a generic voicemail. No return phone calls have been received. I have sent emails with no replies received. According to Harvest Moon website referencing the terms of my loan, they are going to withdraw the repayment on July 17th yet I still have not received any funds.Desired Settlement: Either fund the loan immediately and correct the repayment date or cancel all agreements and repayments

I received email saying I made application for a $300 loan. And I need to respond by email for manual processing . I have no idea who or where this company is located. I never contacted them by email EITHER. I don't need my email address sent to random loan companies saying I made application . Who sent them my email address ???

I looked for their website indirectly afterwards Tel 888797/6064. Need to wait about 5min. Need to be patient for the lady to answer .

I asked her to remove my email address from calling list and not to send me any more "alleged application emails " either.

She said she noted and removed my email address from list.

What this company does should be illegal and they should be shut down I got a little petty loan of $100 to help with my sons first birthday party and they charged my bank account $140.00 which was fine that is what I agreed to...then a few days later they took out more money which put me at $180.00 then I got a email saying they were going to charge me again I called and called I got no answer but when I went to my bank and had them put a stop payment on them they calledge within a week after me calling and I also emailed them and got a email conframation saying they were going to get back with me well they didn't until they could not charge my account anymore then they tell me I chose some rollover thing so all I was paying all along was the interest but regardless it was still money paid to them and I am not paying them anymore they got the money back for the loan and the interest I'm not going to pay them over $250 for a $100 they are scam artists and they need to be investigated for making illegal unauthorized transactions on people's bank accounts I talked to a manager today from harvest moon and she told me that I HAD to STILL PAY the $100 BULLCRAP I'm not they said they are turning me into collections please do I would love to see them do that because I have documented bank statements where I have paid them thier money back so do NOT mess with this company they are LIERS CHEATS and they will STEAL your MONEY

Review: I have trying to call this company and they never answer, I have emailed and nothing. they are illegally applying rates that are illegal according to california lending laws. their rates are illegal. I took out a $200.00 loan and was charged 96.92 in fees. since then I have been debited every two weeks the same amount. I have now paid 843.46 dollars up to date. according to state laws, if they practice illegally in a state, i'm to pay them anything. but I did take out this loan, so in fair honesty, I have paid them and now they owe me a refund in fees I have paid them. they now owe me $643.46. considering that in california for a 200 dollar loan the interest should have been 35.00 only. they have violated the state laws and should be told to stop. i'm now overmy head with these fees and it is not fair they are practicing this way. they never answer their phones and we can't speak to anyone. please help me resolve this issue. I would like my account credited ASAP. they should be able to look me up through my name and phone number as well as email and address. no excuses for them to do this activity.Desired Settlement: refund ASAP and close account as paid not to release my information to other lending companies.

I am have a problem talking to a live person to pay my loan off. They continue to deduct the interest but will not allow me to pay off the loan. I have paid over $200 on a $100.00 loan.

Review: On June 5,2013 I spoke to a employee of company who explained details and agreements with me on a payday loan of $100.00.This loan was to be deducted from my checking account on June 12,2013 in full sum of $145.69 as agreed over the phone at time that I accepted the agreement. Instead of deducting total payment , they have opted to deduct $46.38 from my account every two weeks. That is not what I agreed to nor asked for. I spoke to another employee of company who refused to correct the problem and proceeded to help me by making payment in full over phone. I disagreed because payment was suppose to have been deducted in full on the 12th. of June ,which they did not do. They had overcharged me by $178.97 as of Sept.4,2013 which is when I had finally managed to speak to someone on the phone. Now as of Oct.9,2013 they have overcharged me by $271.73 which has cost me even more than that because it has cost me overdraft charges and bounced checks before I had realized they were charging me biweekly for a payment which I had deducted in my check registry on June 12,2013. I have paid to stop payment thru my bank because they refused to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for what I have been overcharged and redeposit into my checking account. Review: Recently took out a loan for 400.00. The principle amount after the initial 400.00 would have been 587.10. I have been making payments faithfully every two weeks of 185.70 to be paid off for two months. Only to find out that finally after making my last payment I should have been done. However I was wrong and they took another payment and when I called to find out why the lady tells me that they don't take payments they only take the full amount and that the payments that I have been paying was just extensions. When I first originally spoke to them the customer service lady explained to me that I would make payments of 187 until the full amount was payed off and this turned out to be false. This should constitute as a verbal agreement or also I believe they should be held accountable for not fully explaining how there system works. Because when you look at it looks like a flat out scam.Desired Settlement: I finished paying my principle amount and would like to be refunded the extra money they have taken and not to be charged anymore.

Review: I have tried multiple times to contact anyone from Harvest Moon Loans for over two months to repay my loan but to no aval. For some strange reason I can not log on to the web site. When I request to reset my password through my email, I get no response, in my email or any of my folders. I have left multiple messages leaving my phone number, still no response. On today 1/12/15, I finally reached someone on their [redacted] line and as of now, I have been placed on hold for 25 minutes and 36 seconds. $165.92 is taken out of my checking account every 2 weeks and I borrowed $500.00. But I can't check nor request to pay because I can't log onto the website. I have paid this loan off months ago...Okay, Sophia finally answered after 28 min. and instead of helping me blamed me for keeping the loan out too long (9 months). Horrible customer service

Review: I took a loan out that was scheduled to be paid off on 10/15. I did not pay it off but extended the loan instead. The money was never taken out of my account on Oct. 15 and to this day my account still has not been debited. I received an email in my Spam that stated they were having bankingiissues. I sent an email but never got a response. I called several times with no answer. I finally spoke to someone and she was very rude. She basically told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she just kept repeating that they couldn't me. She finally hung up on me. Since then I still cannot get ahold of anybody and my loan is still active.Desired Settlement: I would like some type of response from them. I also want them to just close my account. I only have to pay back $117 to pay off loan. They should waive the remainder of my loan and any fees they have contiuned to charge me from Oct.15 up to now.

Review: harvest moon loan told me that I did not have to pay the amount of the loan I took out in full, the lady I talk to said I was able to make payments. The total amount for my loan was 292 .16 .the following week I got paid they took 92,16 from my account ,next pay came and they took 92.56.I decided to check my account t see how much I still owed and they said I owed them 292.56 .they withdrew money twice but the amount I owed remained the same. ,I'm concerned because I don't know if they are ever going to stop taking money from me they still have access to my bank account so they can continue to take money from me as long as they wantDesired Settlement: I want the money that was taken from account to be put toward m loan so I should owe them 107.44 I already paid them a total of 184.72 (92.16+92.56) I should only owe them 107.44

Review: hello, I have continued to reach out to this company to let them know that I am no longer on the account that I had with Wells Fargo and provided them numerous times my new bank account information. No one repsonse to my information or communication.. this started on 3/20/2015.. on 3/27/15 they went ahead and debited that account. B/C it was an ACH debit, my family member was not able to stop payment... I tried to reach out on the ACH rights and per the bank if I told them to stop they should have.. I am not asking to default from my loan, however they now have charged another person account, can't communicate with me..and now I don't know what to do... I have decided that if I continue then I need to use a prepaid card to prevent my information to be misused.Desired Settlement: I want them to erase the account information they have on file.. I want them to accept the prepaid card payment information! That is all I am asking.

Do not trust this company! I was applying for a loan and received an email from Harvest Moon addressed to another customer. When I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my security concern, I was given the runaround. Their customer service is horrible!
