Hello Mr [redacted] , Thank you again for contacting the Revdex.comI am sure the issues to date have been frustrating Customer Service had concerns with wording in the Revdex.com complaint that stated, ‘we contacted Kohler for a replacement faucet and asked if they wanted us to return the defected part and they said no so we discarded it This is of concern due to all agents are trained to treat any damage claim with the utmost importanceAs a follow up, management listened to three calls you had with three different agents involving the product in questionAfter the review of each call, management was not able to detect any conversation relating to the above italicized statement I would like to speak to you at a time of your convenience concerning this matterI will reach out to you the week of September 26-to further discuss Thank you, Mike ***Kohler Customer Service

the person at Kohler called me and he said he was going to get me some new, undamaged seatsHe said he would get back to meSo I am waiting to hear from him that what he says is true With the run-around I had before, I will not believe him until I see proof, like a shipping notice for the seats
