We attach and rivet the Cam lobe to the gear with a special internal manufacturing  process and it is sold as an “assembly” -together only,  by the following part numbers for your spec engine: (The SV620-3215) 20 010 22-S for the Intake side cam assy. 20 010 23-S for the Exhaust side cam assy.  -This assembly will also include the ACR weight, spring and washer. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11827130, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have yet to receive any replacement toilets or ANY correspondence regarding when they are coming. I did receive an email from an outside company requesting a bid and additional information about the damage. Unfortunately, I have no toilet yet. I was told they were going to replace both of my toilets, but to not dispose of them as they wanted them returned for inspection. Ok. Well. I have one of them (the failed one) sitting on my front porch. Where the hell are my toilets? I can NOT give Kohler any idea of what the costs are going to be to fix it until I can get all of the contractors in to look at it. I had the water restoration guys in and now they're telling me that there's black mold in my basement and (love this part) there is water UNDER MY BRAND NEW TILE IN MY BATHROOM that we had just replaced the sub floor in. They will not know if they can salvage the tile or it has to be replaced until they try to dry it out. In the mean time -- where the hell are my toilets?! NOT HAPPY!

the person at Kohler called me and he said he was going to get me some new, undamaged seats. He said he would get back to me. So I am waiting to hear from him that what he says is true.  With the run-around I had before, I will not believe him until I see proof, like a shipping notice for the seats.

I show that on 11/15/2016 we had emailed a replacement voucher for two toilets to [redacted]. This voucher should be taken to your original place of purchase, [redacted], to order two replacement toilets at no charge. I have resent this voucher today as well to ensure you have received it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you for the Revdex.com's efforts.  Although I'm not entirely happy withKohler's monetary offer I take solace in the fact I was able to put theword out before accepting Kohler's lowball offer.  I just emailed theSingapore office and direct them to finalize the check.  I can only hopethat anyone looking to purchase a residential generator will read mycomplaint and not purchase a Kohler!Again, thank you.  By the way, I submitted a complaint with the WisconsinAgriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Agency as well - if nothingmore than to ensure a headache for Kohler!

Systems manager located at our Corporate Headquarters  has informed me of our efforts to help you
resolve your the generator issues. The Service Manager at our Singapore office
has been your primary point of contact on this issue.
 
Working with the
Service Manager, Kohler has offered to repair the generator set for you at no
charge. Kohler has offered to supply a new generator for you at no charge. Kohler’s
latest good will offer as I am aware has been a substantial cash offering to
you in order to resolve the issue.
 
I would ask
that you continue to work with the Singapore Service Manager in order to bring
this issue to a satisfactory resolution.
