I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],  and I'm providing the requesting information which include the following:a) The care for the Kohler product was done as per instruction outlined on Kohler's website. Specifically, "Cleaning with a damp sponge and buff drying" was done.The same cleaning method was used on the rest of the K-331 fixture, and it is as new as the day we bought it.  Kohler was unable to explain how can the same cleaning procedure cause such defect on one part of the product, and does not affect the other, when the all the product undergo the same cleaning method, and exist in the same environmental conditions.  This is clearly a defective finish or a defected method used to apply the finish onto the product, and in either case, instead of kohler putting us thru a big hassle, they should replace the product without further harassment.b) The attached picture requested by the business clearly shows defect which I have explained to Kohler but they continue to deny this is a product defect.We're committed kohler customer, and have experience the short-coming of this product, so we kindly request Kohler to honor their warranty.Thank you,[redacted].First, our home phone # and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr. Meyer,  Thank you for your response.  I have tried to order the Revel door thru Lowes but they will not place an order due to supply uncertainty.  Could you provide a definitive availability date for ordering from a retailer.  If it is a reasonable timeframe, 1 to 2 weeks then I will wait for the Revel door.  If availablity is further out, please consider providing an alternate door.  Th Kohler supplier to Lowes recommended the Purist, K-705706-L-NX.  My frustration is related to the fact that Revel door displays are being erected in the Lowes stores in the Grand Rapids area and being promoted as a 7 day delivery.  I do appreciate Kohler being quality conscious and understand that inadvertant delays occur.  Thank you for consideration.

to apologize on behalf of Kohler Co. first, for the leak you experienced with a brand new product and secondly, the challenges you have had in trying to resolve the leak.
I see Kohler provided a letter of replacement for the tank assembly on September 26th. You indicate you are still waiting for the order to arrive from the Kohler distributor that ordered it for you. The model you have is not a stock item for the distributor, thus the longer timeframe to receive it. Has the distributor shared a date as to when the tank will arrive? If not, please let me know the distributor name, phone number and contact name. I will investigate.
 
While there isn’t a way I can change your experience with Kohler, I would ask for the opportunity to gain a measure of trust back from you with the Kohler brand. Let Kohler examine any labor billings you have up and above the initial labor charge. If there is not an labor cost, let Kohler examining the purchase price invoice of the new toilet installed. Please send one or the other to me at [redacted] I will examine the data and see what Kohler can assist with.

Michael [redacted],in regards to product liability my position,  is that it's very unfair for Kohler not to uphold their portion of product liability and to base their findings on the mere fact that, they can't find any recording of me asking if they wanted me to return the faucet and was told no discard it,dose not mean it was not discussed,they are not concluding that this is not their policy, and what they are saying just is not true as I explained in my previous statement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not completely satisfactory to me.  Kohler has contacted us and Complete Outdoor Equipment in Terre Haute to pickup and diagnose the problems with our lawn mower.  We are waiting to hear from them to determine what repairs are deemed necessary and confirmation of what Kohler agrees to cover.  Once we are happy with the outcome, we will inform the Revdex.com.  Until then, we cannot be completely satisfied that the issue will be resolved.
