I want to keep the case opened. I forgot to mail the copy of the receipt to Sterling so they have not been able to reimburse me without that information. I was thinking that they could get it from Home Depot, but they had asked me to mail the receipt to them. I got a notice over the weekend saying that this has been closed as unsatisfactory, but I feel that it should be left open and the company should be given an opportunity to take care of this problem. Your help with this will be appreciated.

As a follow up, management listened to three calls you had with three different agents involving the product in question. The findings of Kohler Corporate Insurance are final. Assistance in damage related claims without the product is the primary reason Corporate Insurance has declined the request. I e-mailed the copy of the receipt to Mr. Michael Meyer but I never received a reply from him confirming that the Kohler will reimburse me for the cost of the cabinet as he promised. I sent another e-mail message and received no reply from Mr. Meyer or anyone else.It appears that Kohler made me buy two cabinets instead of one.

Ms. Christine W[redacted]I was able to confirm with a local finish repair company, Precision Repair Works, that they would be able to repair the floor in your shower module to correct the water pooling. This company will be contacting you within 1-2 business days to schedule an appointment and gather any necessary information to ensure they have all necessary materials with them to complete the job in one visit.
