The complaint has been satisfactorily resolved and I am satisfied.Unfortunately my email filter classified your email as junk mail, so I did not notice your notes. I am disappointed to hear of your experience with the Sterling 2375-42N neo angle shower enclosure

In your correspondence, you mentioned the hinge of the door had been replacedAlso, there is leaking of
water near the enclosureWhile we do not get calls on this model often, what Customer Service has found in most of the calls is that something is out of adjustment or something related to the initial installation is the root cause of the issueIf installed correctly, this model is solid in its design and production
Considering your experience to date, I would like to offer some additional assistance to see what we can do to help
I will be checking to see if there is a technician in your area that would be able to visit to inspect the installation and determine what might be the issue
Would you be willing to allow Kohler to set this up?

I send pictures to them already when I spoke to the representative she said the same to send pictures this is why I contacted Revdex.comI didn't receive a bottle I received a small package that didn't work . I been doing more research about this sink and I seen alot of bad reviews How is it they still sell this sink after having bad reviews and not fixing the sink or atleast not lying to the customers about scratch resistant
