We are very happy with the services provided by Heat Depot, they have done well with us in the past and continue to do so! James did an excellent job, resolved the problems and explained what needed to be doneThey always come in a timely mannerGreat job James and Heat Depot!

The owner [redacted] was awesome he came to our house and took the time to explain everything and he was very honest and even told us we could probably get another year out of the furnace if he cleaned it up but we decided to replace furnace and AC at the same timeI had quotes [redacted] beat everyone one of them and was the only person that was knowledgeable and took his time and answered all of our questionsThe installers they came to our house were great they did an awesome job everything looks amazing and works greatI would highly recommend these guys for any heating, ac or plumbing needsIts family owned and they care about the customer and they will beat anyone's price and they stand behind their work

The Heat Depot called me for a time to perform the annual frunace inspection on our unit The technician was kind enough to call ahead to say that he was on the way He checked all critical points and filters He left the area very clean after he finished the job The technician went over the paper work with me, explaining clearly what service he performed I have been a custjomer of Heat Depot for a number of years and would not think of using anyone else for the service they provide They really seem to care for customer service and their customers

I have had a pre paid maintenance plan with Heat Depot since August, They have twice yearly regularly serviced my furnace and air conditioning systems They have always provide excellent support In June of the technician identified a number of problems with my air conditioning unit Because of the age of the unit and the cost to repair I chose to replace the air-conditioning system Since my furnace, humidifier and hot water heater were over years I decided to replace everything Heat Depot quoted me an excellent price and even gave me a new thermostat which connected to the internet The installation went smoothly and the technicians were very professional They extended my maintenance plan for years without any additional costOn April 2, 2015, [redacted] did a regular inspection on both my furnace and air conditioning units He was very professional and checked every aspect of both units and thoroughly explained all of his findings I highly recommend Heat Depot

Our heating & cooling system was due for a thorough check up so we took up the company's special introductory offer We must say we are very pleased Everything was well explained and the employees were very professional and super friendly Best experience we have had so far!

Overall I will rate Heat Depot as a company with an A+Other than missing two upper return vents (they are located at the top of the wall) Brandon did an excellent job cleaning the vent systemAnother tech, Vince, came in to complete the cleaning and was very polite and made sure he did everything we expected to complete the jobBrady completed the furnace tuand inspection and reviewed the results with usThe furnace had multiple issues, especially with the existing humidifier, and Brady made suggestions to keep the system as safe and functional as possibleGiven the issues we decided to replace the furnace before it broke down, and Brady was very professional and patient to insure we knew what to expect with the system he suggestedThe install was actually scheduled for the next day! The installers, Ron and Tyler, arrived on time and removed the old furnace, installed the new one, made alterations to some of the ductwork to accommodate a filter housing and a new humidifier

I have to say that after a couple of glitches with HEAT DEPOT they bent over backwards to make sure that everything was made right Today techs came out & was very thorough with the maintenance of my air conditioning [redacted] the two techs were very professional yet very personable & a pleasureThey explained what they were doing & let us know what parts we will be needing but they couldn't give us a time frame but they explained it's just one of those things that you never know***,the owner is on top of things when you call He gets things taken care of asapSincerely, [redacted] 6-3-

Cancelled appointments due to weather and by weather we are talking a couple inches of snow, or because they ordered the wrong parts Cancelled first service call appointment, then hour late on the rescheduled appointment Ordered a part to be installed, cancelled appointment because they ordered the wrong part Rude, horrible customer service

On 10/7/Heat Depot sent technician Austin Hto my home for the yearly cheon my furnaceMy [redacted] furnace was installed on Oct10, and I have maintained yearly check-ups and install new filters regularly Austin supposedly cleaned my furnace and then showed me pictures of my furnace motor leaking oil and warned that my draft motor needed to be replacedHe then quoted prices of $to replace draft motor and $1,if I went ahead and replace both motorsInasmuch as I had not problems with the furnace I was surprised at these prices I told him I was leaving on vacation and would check with another company before making any decisions Today, I had the company that installed the original furnace check it out and was pleasantly surprised when they said I did not need any of the recommended replacements and that my furnace was in good shape I am filing this complaint because I am a senior citizen living on a limited income and could have been out almost $2,000!

I had scheduled an appointment with this company I was told that my appointment would be between 11am and 3pm On the day of the appointment, my husband and I had moved some heavy furniture to get the duct cleaning done We waited and at about pm we had not heard from anyone nor seen anyone I called the company and was told at that poin that we could wait another hours or so, or reschedule the appointment They did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know that they were running behind I cancelled my appointment and will reschedule with someone else

So grateful so Kyle and the heat depot squadSo professional and kindWell knowledge and thankful for giving us all the knowledge he provided
