I have been a customer with The Heat Depot for years [redacted] the owner and any of the staff I have worked with are friendly, fast and their price is very reasonable [redacted] did a great job, made sure I understood what had been done and cleaned up after himself I decided to add a whole home humidifier and [redacted] was here promptly the next morning to install it and replaced a bathroom fanWhen he was done my garage floor was cleaner than when he got hereHe also made sure I understood how they workedThank you Heat Depot for making things a little easier

The absolutely worst experience I have EVER had with a business Their furnace guy came into my home Nov10, and caused me $damages I discovered the damages after Thanksgiving and called the business owner and asked to be repaid He said he would then later refused He blamed my kids, but one was not in my home during this time and the other incapable of those damages I also prepaid for homes to be serviced Nov29, the owner said he would refund my money Dec14, I called my bank to dispute the remaining prepayments which MY BANK refunded me Dec They collected their funds from The Heat Depot The owner refuses to talk to me about the $ My good \"deal\" cost me $ I have spoken with an attorney and will be seeking those fees Save yourself a lot of stress and look elsewhere Hopefully the Revdex.com takes this seriously because of the gravity of this incident They know the whole story, but wouldn\'t disclose It in it\'s entirety

I had purchased a maintenance package with Solar Bear and was not happy at all with their work, nor how they attempted to resolve it I was nervous about letting The Heat Depot in, since they bought Solar Bear I was very pleasantly surprised at how the tech [redacted] acted, treated me, and took care of the maintenance He explained things to me, how to care for the furnace, and things to watch for If this is how they run their business, The Heat Depot definitely has my vote!

I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to everyone at The Heat Depot for the outstanding work they did for me I got a new furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, all-home humidifier and a dust/allergen collection system put in, and the price I paid fit my budget perfectly and their workmanship was fantastic From Scott, who came out to assess my needs and give me a quote (the same day I inquired on Home Advisor), to the sheet metal workers, the contracted electricians, and the young man who cleaned my existing ducts, all were professional, polite, and we are very pleased with their work They scheduled the work to fit with our schedules, they didn't rush their work and still completed all the work in a timely manner I would highly recommend The Heat Depot to anyone looking to install a new system or upgrade their old system GOOD JOB!

I am very pleased with the service I received from the Heat Depot Weather had disrupted the original scheduled installation, but the team was on time for the adjusted schedule and the work was completed on time, and exceeded my expectation I highly recommend the Heat Depot for anyone considering improvements to their HVAC situation

***, the service technician from The Heat Depot called this morning and alerted me to his arrival timeHe arrived at the time he stated and went right to work He was courteous, checked and cleaned the heat elements on the furnace and then reported to me how the furnace checked out for our winter needs He then winterized our swamp cooler [redacted] was thorough and explained what he was doing He was a very polite young man got right to work and did his job If all The Heat Depot's employees are that good I would say you have a strong company and I am glad to have a service contract with you

I purchased a house in Pueblo, and was terribly scammed by the Realtor, the inspector I also am a disabled single female, years old and suffer from cancer [redacted] of Home Depot was so kind and understanding He did his very best to sort out the mess created by the previous owner [redacted] (the owner) helped me get financing to have tow work performed And He gave me a break on the price The workers were very considerate to me about my illness ***, such a sweet kid, also counseled me on my safety in the new house, etcand things I could do to protect myself I wish every company could be as nice as these guys

We've been customers of Solar Bear and now Heat Depot for a number of years, having purchased two furnaces, two humidifiers, and an air conditioner from them during that time for separate homes I have always found [redacted] and [redacted] pleasant to deal with, and today I met Jeff for our annual spring tuneup All is well with our system, and I know it will continue to be with their excellent advice and service

I am so glad we did the $furnace check with The Heat Depot last February They literally saved oufr hybrid system We signed up for the maintenance program [redacted] came on Thursday Oct to check the gas furnace He showed us the furnace filter, told us how to maintain the electrostatic filter and helped me save money by ordering the material on line! In July the heat pump/air unit was checked and we were shown another part that needed to be replaced sooner rather than later They do not pressure to do things now, but show us the issues and let us decide During the initial exam, they showed how the furnace had not been ever cleaned in almost years( inspite of paying for it to be done by another company)letting my husband see before we had it cleaned , and taking pictures proving the dirt! All the men coming to our home have been knowledable and curteous Love this company!

We had Casey come to our home and check our furnaceWe SO appreciated his promptness in arriving on time, and calling before arrivingHe was very knowledgeable and very personableWhat we appreciated MOST was his honestlyHe did not try to sell us a bunch of stuff or a new furnace, (even though ours is quite old)He found a couple of problems and fixed themWe will certainly call Heat Depot again....and ask that Casey be the one we work with!
