Heat Depot, The

I have done business with Heat Depot for two years and have received outstanding service. One year ago I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Heat Depot. I was really impressed and comforted during the required installation inspection when the city inspector stated "Very Clean Job". More recently, [redacted] serviced my air conditioner and[redacted] sealed my vents. These gentlemen are to be commended for their dedication to customer service. Both were neat appearing, friendly, [redacted]

I love the service. I recommend dot for every body.

Exceed my expectations

I had [redacted] on 5-6 2015 to check out my furnace for the summer month> We inform me what he was going to do. And went over everything after he was done. [redacted] is a very polite man and did his job well.

Brandon did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs. If you happen to get Brandon as your service rep, you'll be extremely pleased.

The Heat Depot called me for a time to perform the annual frunace inspection on our unit. The technician was kind enough to call ahead to say that he was on the way. He checked all critical points and filters. He left the area very clean after he finished the job.
The technician went over the paper work with me, explaining clearly what service he performed. I have been a custjomer of Heat Depot for a number of years and would not think of using anyone else for the service they provide. They really seem to care for customer service and their customers.

Jeff, from The Heat Depot performed an annual check and cleaning of our furnace. He was very efficient and thorough. He even took Carbon Monoxide checks at several locations in the house. Fortunately no CO. Very polite and professional.

I had the Heat Depot to the house for a furnace cleaning. Thomas, the technician was very professional and extremely polite. He had an excellent knowledge of my system and was extremely conscientious in his work. He identified a faulty critical part and replaced it and gave me a thorough explanation of the need to do so. I was very pleased and impressed and will use them again in the future.

I had scheduled an appointment with this company. I was told that my appointment would be between 11am and 3pm. On the day of the appointment, my husband and I had moved some heavy furniture to get the duct cleaning done. We waited and at about 3 pm we had not heard from anyone nor seen anyone. I called the company and was told at that poin that we could wait another 3 hours or so, or reschedule the appointment. They did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know that they were running behind. I cancelled my appointment and will reschedule with someone else.

Our heating & cooling system was due for a thorough check up so we took up the company's special introductory offer. We must say we are very pleased. Everything was well explained and the employees were very professional and super friendly. Best experience we have had so far!

I would like to recommend Heat Depot for the servicing of your furnace and air conditioners, as well as the purchase of new ones, if that's what is appropriate. I have a service contract with the company, which I also recommend. The company, although located in Colorado Springs, does much of its business in the metro Denver area. Every time we have had an appointment, the service people are punctual. Important also, is the fact that they are friendly and professional. They work efficiently and as quietly as possible. I recently purchased a furnace/AC package and was able to get a very good economic deal. Last year the company installed a new water heater in my home. I have complete confidence in Heat Depot and recommend them highly.

I called The Heat Depot yesterday about water gathering in our basement that seemed to come from the furnace and/or humidifier, which they had installed a few years earlier. I was delighted when [redacted] said he could send a tech to our home the same day. [redacted] arrived right on time and was totally professional, inspecting and analysing the problem and making the needed adjustments. He was also able to do an annual inspection and cleaning of the furnace as well. All in all, we were extremely pleased with [redacted]'s expert workmenship, friendlyness and the time he took to complete the work. THANK YOU [redacted]!

I had Heat Depot come to the house to do a furnace cleaning/maintenance/service on October 26, 2015. I was out of the house from Friday, November 20 thru Sunday, November 22, 2015 and when I returned on Sunday, the furnace was not working. I called Heat Depot Sunday morning and Casey, the tecnician was at my house about three hours after my call. He was thorough in checking out the furnace, the breakers, and the thermostat. It turns out the thermostat needed new batteries and my problem was fixed within minutes. THANK YOU Heat Depot for the quick, professional response to my problem. The house was very cold before you got here! I would highly recommend Heat Depot and Casey for any heating and/or air conditioning problem you may have.

KUDOS to the HEAT DEPOT! This company tops itself with customer service every year. I have been with H/D since Feb. 2012, learning quite a bit about my home heating and furnace use, through informative education from their home service teams. We are very happy with the services provided by Heat Depot, they have done well with us in the past and continue to do so! James did an excellent job, resolved the problems and explained what needed to be done. They always come in a timely manner. Great job James and Heat Depot!

I have had a pre paid maintenance plan with Heat Depot since August, 2013. They have twice yearly regularly serviced my furnace and air conditioning systems. They have always provide excellent support. In June of 2014 the technician identified a number of problems with my air conditioning unit. Because of the age of the unit and the cost to repair I chose to replace the air-conditioning system. Since my furnace, humidifier and hot water heater were over 18 years I decided to replace everything. Heat Depot quoted me an excellent price and even gave me a new thermostat which connected to the internet. The installation went smoothly and the technicians were very professional. They extended my maintenance plan for 4 years without any additional cost. On April 2, 2015, [redacted] did a regular inspection on both my furnace and air conditioning units. He was very professional and checked every aspect of both units and thoroughly explained all of his findings. I highly recommend Heat Depot.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the Heat Depot. Weather had disrupted the original scheduled installation, but the team was on time for the adjusted schedule and the work was completed on time, and exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend the Heat Depot for anyone considering improvements to their HVAC situation.
