Overall I will rate Heat Depot as a company with an A+. Other than missing two upper return vents (they are located at the top of the wall) Brandon did an excellent job cleaning the vent system. Another tech, Vince, came in to complete the cleaning and was very polite and made sure he did everything we expected to complete the job. Brady completed the furnace tune-up and inspection and reviewed the results with us. The furnace had multiple issues, especially with the existing humidifier, and Brady made suggestions to keep the system as safe and functional as possible. Given the issues we decided to replace the furnace before it broke down, and Brady was very professional and patient to insure we knew what to expect with the system he suggested. The install was actually scheduled for the next day! The installers, Ron and Tyler, arrived on time and removed the old furnace, installed the new one, made alterations to some of the ductwork to accommodate a filter housing and a new humidifier

5 Cancelled appointments due to weather and by weather we are talking a couple inches of snow, or because they ordered the wrong parts. Cancelled first service call appointment, then 1 hour late on the rescheduled appointment. Ordered a part to be installed, cancelled appointment because they ordered the wrong part. Rude, horrible customer service.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We initially hired The Heat Depot to inspect our home furnace. [redacted] was so professional and efficient we then requested a quote for a new furnace and AC set for one of our rentals. [redacted] the owner took the time to inspect our rental and gave us such a great deal that we decided to upgrade our second rental with a new set as well. They squeezed both installs within the same week. The crews were just as professional as [redacted] and [redacted]. They left no mess and ensured everything was working properly. They even noticed that our dryer vent had disconnected and was a fire hazard. They cleaned out the vent line and fixed the broken connection. Above and beyond service! Highly recommend this company.

The Heat Depot was the Best! Everyone was so knowledgable and great to work with. Ben, Ron, Jeremy, Jeff and Kendra were so nice. Excellent service!

[redacted] from the Heat Depot checked our furnace. I was so impressed with everything he did and how he reviewed it all with me! I have never had someone explain so well how are furnace was doing.

Very happy with the service. Casey came out did check and adjust on furnace. Found a few issues and took the time to show and explain how they affect the furnace and reason they should be replaced. Ron did blower cleaning and again took the time to explain things happening with the furnace and pointed out some items with the hot water heater. No pressure, did there job and wanted to make sure myself as the consumer was informed.

I purchased a house in Pueblo, and was terribly scammed by the Realtor, the inspector.
I also am a disabled single female, 62 years old and suffer from cancer.
[redacted] of Home Depot was so kind and understanding. He did his very best to sort out the mess created by the previous owner.
[redacted] (the owner) helped me get financing to have tow work performed.
And He gave me a break on the price.
The workers were very considerate to me about my illness.
[redacted], such a sweet kid, also counseled me on my safety in the new house, etc. and things I could do to protect myself.

I wish every company could be as nice as these guys.

[redacted] called before arriving and kept me up to date of his projected arrival time. He was pleasant, neatly groomed and professional. As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He reviewed his work with me.
So far all the work The Heat Depot has done for me (new AC, re-pipe/plumb the house, clean air ducts, PM) has been outstanding.

I had the opportunity to use Heat Depot twice in the past six Months. I had a condenser that had to be replaced, and they worked with me in overcoming the obstacles that this older home presented. we were also selling our other house and the heating / AC unit required an inspection and service prior to closing.. Again Heat Depot worked us into their schedule and serviced this unit as well as helping us with a fireplace that would not stay lit. Heat Depot went out of their way to fix these issues and get us to closing on time. I was very pleased with everyone I came in to contact with at this company. I found their pricing to be very competitive as well.
Bottom line is I could not be happier.

He came on time ans was ready to work, he had an awesome attitude and was very knowlegable in his craft. [redacted] suggested some additional care procedures to keep our unit running like a champ. On 11/12/15, Nathan serviced our furnace: checked air flow, proper gas flow, etc., and then cleaned the interior of the furnace. He recommended we get the blower wheel pulled and cleaned at a later date. We did this, and boy, am I glad we did. It was encrusted with material used 7 years previously during a mold mitigation that had gotten into our duct system and eventually the furnace blower wheel. He was very meticulous and thorough from what I could see and was VERY satisfied with his results. Thank you Nathan for doing such a great job, and thank you Heat Depot for hiring such good team members who really do care about the customer. I would recommend them to anybody. Oh, and we live in Aurora, which is about 65 miles from their office.

I was so grateful that James was able to come on a Sunday and fix my heater. He not only fixed it well but showed me areas that will need work in the near future without any pressure to do it right then.

Heat Depot has agreed to honor a contract we had with Solar Bear even though the appliances Solar Bear installed were destroyed when we lost our Mountain Shadows home in the Waldo Canyon fire. We appreciate that commitment.
Today, JEFF [redacted] performed our annual furnace check-up pursuant to that agreement and he did a superb job. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional and took the time to explain what maintenance he was recommending and why.
Great job! Much appreciated--we would like him to perform our annual air conditioning check in a few months.

I had the regular winter check of the furnace and water heater this past weekend, and the technician, [redacted]on, discovered a serious fault with a 14 year old water heater. The heater was replaced just in time before a serious leak developed. The service was very friendly, and I would recommend [redacted]n as a very competent technician who saved me some serious money before the heater failed.

[redacted], the service technician from The Heat Depot called this morning and alerted me to his arrival time. He arrived at the time he stated and went right to work. He was courteous, checked and cleaned the heat elements on the furnace and then reported to me how the furnace checked out for our winter needs. He then winterized our swamp cooler. [redacted] was thorough and explained what he was doing. He was a very polite young man got right to work and did his job. If all The Heat Depot's employees are that good I would say you have a strong company and I am glad to have a service contract with you.
