*** came to check my furnace to see if it was ready for winter He was very helpful, informative He explained what he did and what I need to do.in detail He was easy to talk to and very patient with any questions that I had He worded his answers in terms that I could understand I would ask him back

We had a maintenance contract on our furnace with Solar Bear Heat Depot bought out Solar Bear, but we received an appropriate call from Heat Depot requesting the opportunity to check our furnace without charge The appointment was scheduled, and the technician checked with us before arriving at the expected hour ***, the technician, performed the check, answered questions, wrote up his findings, and suggested a follow up check next winter He was efficient, pleasant, and competent

I met *** and team at a dog convention and set up an ppointment with them there *** was on time, friendly, and knowledgable I liked how he didn't come in and try and sell me on stuff that I didn't need as some other companies did He was honest and forthright with what I needed vs what I didn't The install crew was a bit late of the time stated that they would be there but once on scene they got to work and did a good job I was having carpet installed and both companies worked well around each other I had both a furnace and ac installed Furnace works great, haven't had a chance to use ac yet

The Heat Depot, is a new business name that used to be Solar Bear, to I came to find out It;s all the same management I had Heat Depot our because my air conditioner was leaking in side of the house The technician came out and said we needed a new coil that will cost me $1500.00, and it was a old unit.( the unit was purchased in 2011) I purchased the unit from another company, and I was having Heat Depot service my furnace, hot water heater, and the air conditionerThen weeks later my air conditioner would not work, a different tech came over said my air conditioner was frozen, that I have a serious leak in the system And I would have to replace the coilsThen he called his boss, and they both agreed that I needed a whole new air conditioner unit, for $I said that was to much that I would think about it I in turn called the company that sold me the unit to me, the was nothing wrong with my unit, I have not had any problems sinceThey were just trying to sell

Just had an annual inspection and cleaning on our furnace, and *** did a very good job

James *** of Heat Depot just left after reviewing our heating/air conditioning system He found a water leak in our furnace & arranged for our duct system to be cleaned & sealed early next month We're very pleased with his professional presentation & look forward to positive results from Heat Depot's professional service at our Pueblo West home

The Heat Depot is engaging in illegal telemarketing practices by making unsolicited calls to both Do-Not-Call listed numbers, and to personal cell phone numbers This is an illegal practice and must be immediately stopped I have reported them to both the Colorado do-not-call list as well as the FTC Shame on you, unscrupulous marketers

I highly recommend this company Locally owned and operated The technician was very honest and patiently explained how my furnace was functioning He made some recommendations for service and upkeep I was pleased when he didn't pressure me into buying anything from him or putting money into the system immediately This certainly encourages trust from customersHe performed an extra task, which was not part of the service agreement, and did not charge any extraI will certainly be calling The Heat Depot for my HVAC needs in the futureWell done!!!!

We have endured years of home maintenance and of course, you always will have an A/C or Furnace problem While we generally do'nt subscribe to Maintenance contracts, we have one with Heat Depot and they have been just incredible and they have given us superb above theh bar serviceThe technicians have been polite, Identify themselves, call before arriving and in general have made us feel like we are getting our moneys worthHowever today this morning we had a glitch with our A/C and after calling the heat Depot dispatcher, they worked us in for a pm appointment to fix the A/CThey did not charge us for an "emergency" service call, and in fct did not charge at all except for the part/time to installWe were extremely blown away by the fact they came, and only afdter being here a few minutes found the problem and fixed it and were gone in less than minutes, no charge for the call We were given a discount on the part/service as wellWE are highly impressed with thier quality

The Heat depot installed a new furnace in when it was Solar BearThey have been great to work with and have ben out every year to honor their maintainace aggrementThey just finished the yearly and *** did a great job

I found the service to be very good The gentleman named *** did an excellent job of servicing and apprising me of future work to be performed to keep our heating system running well

Heat Depot did great for usAt first things started out rocky because of scheduling snafus, but they rallied and came through on time
The quality of workmanship is very good and the crew got done in the time they said they would
We got both an energy efficient furnace and a new central A/C unit installed from Heat DepotEven when things go wrong as they sometimes will, they came through and everything turned out very wellThis is where you find out if a business is really any good -- when things get mixed up, do they make it right and still come through? Heat Depot definitely didI would recommend them to anybody

Worker's were great, front office was horrible. 35 minuet job of cleaning duct system took almost 4 hours. Worker could not get an answer as to when someone would be out to help him after he got the hose stuck in the vent system. I had to call to find out after waiting 30 min. Was told someone would be out to help within 30 min. Over an hour later someone shows up to help. Had to cut a hole in basement ceiling to free hose. Told them I need hole fixed by Friday, had kids coming over Sat. Office promise someone would be out to fix. Never happened. Dealing with the office was a bad overall experience. Workers were great. Overall, no vent clean, no repairs made and I'll probably have to get my own Inspector out here too. Thanks for nothing as far as dealing with the business itself is concerned. I will not recommend to anyone, and I'll post this everywhere I can. Also had to call to remind them to even clean the duct system.

I recently needed to have my Rheem furnace fixed. Mike came out to diagnose the initial problem and then sent Jeff out to install the part after it was obtained. They both were very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely call them again.

It is my extreme pleasure to say I received two great products from Heat Depot, both an Air Conditioner as well as my 95% Efficiency Furnace. The level of installation and service was excellent. [redacted] and his installation team of experts are professional and informative. I highly recommend Heat Depot as your first and last choice, you won't be disappointed.

Heat Depot was outstanding in every way from meeting [redacted] who gave us the quote for the job to install a new heating and air conditioning unit to having [redacted] the tech who came out to do the work and set up the system everything was done in a first class manner. [redacted] is extremely good in explaining everything that is done on the job and making sure thay you are happy with the service. [redacted] was fantastic.

Thomas and Kyle came to evaluate a furnace in the house we recently purchased. They we thorough, professional and very helpful.
