I am don't no a lot about computersgeekatoo walked me thru the whole processthey were very patient with meI can't say enough about the two people that helped meI called and explained I was not very knowledgeable about computersHe said that's okay I will walk you thru the processThen he transferred me to the geek, who was also very patient with meI told him what was wrong and he said I will take over now.In about minutes, more or less, my computer was up and running better than it ever wasI was so impressed I took a service contractGeekatoo is first class, I highly recommend them

Each contact we had with Geekatoo was productive and positiveThere were several e-mail contacts describing the services we would receive and letting us know how to set up appointmentsThe scheduling phone call was helpful in that the geek let us know what to do prior to his visit and what would happen during the visitOur geek, ***, arrived exactly on time and was helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the installation proceduresHe accomplished his tasks quickly and gave instructions about requesting additional assistance, if needed

This is the real A+ Company *** was the Geekatoo who came for my service call and he did excellent work The day before he scheduled our time, then the day of he called and emailed he was coming *** was very polite and professional and knew his business I would recommend them and I already have told peoplethanks *** ***

The contractor that mounted my TV was excellentMy overall experience was horribleThey charged me for them providing me with a wall mount and for concealing the cordsWhen the contractor got to my house he stated that I had to buy a mount or he could go get one which then I would have to reimburse himSo I went out and bought oneBefore I did I called geekatoo and they stated they would not charge me Then I had to pay the contractor again for conceling the wiresThey failed to tell me I would have to pay double to the company and the contractorTo make everything better they still charged me for the wall mount that they did not provide

I would not recommend these people They assigned a first tech who called and was extremely weird in stating he would not come and be "alone with a woman" at my home to mount a new TV on the wall They cancelled him at my request and assigned another tech He called and schedule for that evening, and then called that evening to cancel because he was tied up on another job He rescheduled for the next evening at the same time He was a no call no show the next evening I still don't have the work done and nothing scheduled This was shady at the very least and I suggest you call someone else!

I needed help hooking up my two laptops wirelessly to my printerI called Hellotech and the *** ***I decided on going with Hellotech because the person on the phone at *** ** could not get my info right as I was giving it to her The HelloTech technician got to my place on time, and I got me setup in about minutes or so He snswered some other questions I had, and made sure everything was working fine before he left He was very friendly and professional Diffinitly would call these guys again

I called HelloTech for help after my home computer stopped working properlyDespite being a technology savvy web veteran, I somehow found myself unknowingly downloading a virusAfter trying to fix the problem on my own, I only made the situation worse, disabling a number of critical programs in the processIn a panic, I scrambled to find a computer repair service when I came across HelloTechNot only were they the cheapest (I only paid about $bucks at the end of the day) but they were the most convenient, tooNot only was I able to schedule an appointment for that very same day, but they actually sent out a virus removal expert (they call them "heroes") right to my houseIn no-time, my computer was working like newMy technician, a.k.a"hero" Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and even set me up with antivirus software to protect my computer from getting infected againI am very happy with the service I received, love the price I paid and would happily recommend HelloTech to my friends and family

I had never heard of this company- but Rin***, from whom I purchased a Video Doorbell (which was to be hard wired to a masonry wall), offered free installation by Geekatoo, of the device.With some trepidation I accepted the offer - not knowing who'd turn up at my home.How pleasantly surprised I was....Geekatoo was extremely scrupulous regarding both the initial set up and then subsequent follow up regading all appointment details.The tech person they sent was outstanding:Knowledgeable, careful, patient, meticulous - as well as a totally cool guy.A few days later - Geekatoo's services were required again(On Sunday - July 4th weekend) And again - perfection.In sum - five star experiences during course of week

Geekatoo was able to come to my home the same day that I called, and fixed my printer so that it would print, he even waited for me to go to the store and buy a new ink cartridge
