My installer (for a Ring doorbell) was prompt in contacting me about my appointment and kept me informed about his arrival time. Once at my residence, he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and invested the time required to do things right. He ran into some difficulty for the Ring to work correctly which required more time than expected. But, he patiently took the time necessary until all aspects of the Ring worked correctly. I will consider using HelloTech, and specifically this installer, for future tech needs. I do appreciate this kind of service.

I am so impressed with Geekatoo - I receive instant response when I need them and they have always been able to fix my issues. The price is incrediblely lower than any other companies I have used in the past.

[redacted] was personable, knowledgeable, and easy-to-reach. He communicated easily. He was a good representative.

Excellent customer service, support and tech knowledge. I have been using Geekatoo for over 3 months and there has been no issue on my pc (which I upgraded to Win 10) that they could not resolve. Cost is very reasonabe and they are always available to help you!

"THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES THAT THEY HAVE AN A+ RATING WITH THE Revdex.com AND WE HAVE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VIEW OF THEIR BUSINESS AND PRACTICES. WE PURCHASED A RINGPRO DOORBELL FROM [redacted] AND RECEIVED IT ON MAY 4TH, 2016. IT WAS ADVERTISED AS AN EASY INSTALL. MY PARTNER, WHO IS SEVERELY DISABLED FROM A STROKE (PARALYZED ON ONE SIDE) THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT HE COULD DO. I AM ALSO DISABLED AND HAVE NO TALENT WITH TECHNICAL ISSUES. WELL, WITH A LOT OF TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS WE GOT IT INSTALLED. IT TOOK US THE GOOD PART OF A DAY...AND GUESS WHAT IT DIDN'T WORK. [redacted] EMPLOYS GEEKATOO AS THE VENDOR THAT OFFERS INSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF THESE PRODUCTS. TRYING, JUST TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM WAS A NIGHTMARE, USUALLY AT LEAST 1 HR WAITS ON THE PHONE. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET US A TECH THE NEXT DAY. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN FOLLOW UP. WE FOLLOWED UP WITH LONG WAITS, ETC. WHEN WE GOT TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE MOSTLY THEY ACTED VERY CAVALIER ABOUT OUR CONCERNS. I NEED TO ADD THAT IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE DOORBELL YOUR CURRENT DOORBELL WAS MADE UNUSABLE. MY PARTNER DEPENDS ON THE MAIL SYSTEM TO RECEIVE NEEDED MEDICATIONS AND WITHOUT A DOORBELL WE WERE ALMOST HELPLESS TO GET TO THE DOOR WHEN UPS/FEDEX TRUCKS ARRIVED. THE FIRST TECH WE GOT WAS ALMOST A WEEK LATER. GEEKATOO SENT A TECH THAT WAS NOT EVEN THEIR EMPLOYEE, AND NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEIR PRODUCTS. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE TECH AS HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THESE TYPES OF ISSUES. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE UNIT FUNCTIONING. A DAY LATER IT STOPPED WORKING. WE THEN WENT THROUGH ANOTHER CIRCUS WITH GEEKATOO. THEY KEPT SAYING THAT THEY JUST COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO SERVICE US. A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS THAT YOU WOULD GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO WOULD ACT ALL SYMPATHETIC AND SAY THEY WOULD HELP YOU AND THEN NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. ON AT LEAST 2 INSTANCES I CALLED THEM TO FOLLOW-UP AND WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WOULD SAY THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF THAT PERSON. THEN THEY WOULD PROCEED WITH ""THEY"" COULD HELP YOU. TRYING TO MOVE ON HERE THE SAME TECH CAME BACK THREE TIMES. THE LAST TIME THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW-UP AGAIN SO I CALLED THE TECH WHERE HE WORKED AND SAID I WOULD PAY HIM DIRECTLY. I DEMANDED THAT [redacted] SEND ME A REPLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL DOORBELL WE ORDERED AND ANOTHER CHEAPER ONE THAT THEY SAID DIDN'T REQUIRE WIRING. HE CAME LAST NIGHT (5/26/2016). HE INSTALLED THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL AND IT DIDN'T WORK. HE THEN INSTALLED THE CHEAPER ONE. THE CHEAPER ONE HAD A FLAW AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE BACK OFF WHICH TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO REMOVE IT TO CHARGE THE BATTERY INSIDE. WE ASKED HIM TO REMOVE IT ALL AND REPLACE OUR ORIGINAL DOORBELL WHICH HAD GOTTEN BROKEN IN THE FRAY. WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING IT ALL BACK TO GET REFUNDS. GEEKATOO SENT ME 4 EMAILS LAST NIGHT, ALL AFTER THE FACT REFERRING TO THINGS THEY HAD DONE AND WERE DOING....IT WOULD BE FUNNY BUT IT ACTUALLY TURNS MY STOMACH. DURING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS MY PARTNER BECAME ILL FROM ALL THE STRESS. WE WANT THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THEY HAVE PUT US THROUGH."

Just had a Geekatoo, Inc., representative clean up and install protection in my computer. Great job. Geekatoo is easy to contact and will come to your home or business OR work on your computer remotely. [redacted] came to my home. He was efficient, friendly and informative.

I Had Geekatoo send me a computer tech to my home today, May 15.2016. [redacted] fixed my laptop and explained everything to me, he helped me understand my computer so much better and took his time with me. I am 64 years young and I do not understand this stuff much, but I really did learn so much more today with [redacted] answering all my questions and concerns. I am glad I found them on the internet. Awesome techs, all of them. I will use them whenever I need help.

[redacted] arrived when he said he would even placing a call to let me know that he was on the way. When he arrived and got to work he took the time to explain what the problem and the solution was. He finished in a timely manner and got our system up and running. I would like to exclusively work with [redacted] for our company

This company is great and highly recommended. I originally called [redacted] at [redacted] and requested there rush service as we are a small business and we were hit with a virus. Well [redacted] gave me the run around and could not get a tech to come out and they kept stalling for two days. I canceled there service and contacted [redacted]atoo. They were so fast and access my computer remotely and removed the viruses without effecting my other programs. I was up and running within 2 hours - I highly recommend this company as they do an amazing job- PLUS the price was way lower then [redacted]- I will use them in the future-

I was a first time user of Geekatoo and found the entire experience delightful. The tech was friendly, very competent and solved my networking problem in short order. I will always go to Geekatoo for any future tech support needs.

I had issues with maintaining my desktop computer, which needed cleaning up and updating and reconnecting with my new home wi-fi provider. My Geekatoo rep came on time, did the job with dispatch, helped and explained things to me, and left me with everything up and running inside of the reserved span of time.
