well, I have been very happy with my new 1st time Geekatoo service My *** laptop was overheating and the squad wanted me to get a new fan for my dell laptopPlus leaving my computer for a week or so Geekatoo sent me a fabulous guy who came to my home He then went to Best buy for me to purchase a new cooling mat(dollars) *** (my geek) went out and purchashed this mat and returned to my home I am extremely happy to have had this done FOR ME I am and this tech stuff is overwhelming at times *** (my geek) also re set some stuff on my new smartphone I will easily use Geekatoo again

I think that *** was very patient and easy to reach and work withI feel that he was covering for a mistake made earlier by another TechHe seems to have fixed my problemsMy computer runs better now

I think this company is awesome and my technician who remotely accessed my computer was able to completely resolve my issuesI had a corrupt printer driver and was unable to scan or to printMuch time was taken to repair the problem and the fee was very reasonableI highly recommend this company to everyone My technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly

*** fell behind schedule, but he contacted me to let me know and to confirm the new time Upon arriving, he listened to my problem, assessed what was needed to correct it and did He was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeableI was satisfied with his work and will use Hello Tech in the future for any tech needs that arise

I was scheduled an next day appointment of 9-12, when no one showed up, I called the tech and he didn't answer his phone and the voicemail message was blankSo called at 12:30pm to the support office to check where my tech wasThe phone support said that they would check and call me back......no one called back so at 3:30pm I called back to check statusThen that agent tells me that there's a note by the tech that they will not show up to my appointment due to health problems....while I stayed home all day waiting.....and I had to find this out myself??? then that agent tells me that they will not have someone back out until the next dayWhen I called the next day to check status on my order, the phone support team tells me that no one has been scheduled to come out form work order yet

[redacted] was on time and was patient and thorough in his work and very precise with the installation. He made sure that all the components worked before he left and went thru all the operations with me to make sure I felt comfortable before he left.

Very helpful, Tech had several ideas to correct the issue, and did.Contacted me day before appointment to discuss issue with computer, and also called one hour before arriving at my home. Tech spent time to ensure we were happy with the fix.Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service, quick to respond.

This is a terrible company with very deceptive advertising and marketing. They claim to have a high rating with the Revdex.com, yet the service they attempted to provide me with was dreadful. The foreign call center they use got my address wrong and sent the technician in the completely wrong direction, the employees they send out do not even know how they will get paid by the company and frequently cancel jobs. Avoid at all costs and find a handyman through any other means.

Excellent service. On time, professional and most of all patient. Fantastic technician who knows how to do it, explain it and always with a kind smile.
