Both accounts have been updated as deletedSince they were paid on June and June 30, I had already done my credit bureau update on June 3.We do our updates the 1st of every month. Our update has just been sent today for July due to the holiday it was done a little late.. Normally this
takes at least 4-weeks to update. I am going to do an E-Oscar on both accounts and get this done sooner. I will send a letter and will be providing you an AUD# for both accounts

The account in question was validated to consumer on 12/20/and 01/22/18. The other account was validated on 12/20/and the other account was validated on 12/22/The HIPAA Privacy Rule permits us as a business associate to use and disclose protected health information in a
manner permitted by the Privacy Rule to carry out our responsibilities as a business associateWe are not required to obtain a HIPPA release to provide you, the patient, with recordsAll accounts were validated. The account referenced above was responded to consumer times

because: Thank you for your response, but it does not resolve the issueThe installment payment was taken out of my account in SeptemberThe September installment amount was before I was asked to increase my installment paymentsIt doesn't resolve the issue that I called and specifically asked to received an itemized bill, which I still have not received, and that the representative I spoke to acknowledged that I no longer authorized charges to my card after JanuaryAnd that I was told that my card would not be charged in February which it didThe charge that was made to my account in February has nothing at all to do with the payment that was MADE in SeptemberSo, I don't see how that is at all relevantIt does not resolve the issue that my card was charged after I was told that it would not beSecondly, I understand that once a payment is made towards an account it will be shown as paid in fullWhat I don't understand is why there is a DUPLICATE account now reported on my credit reportIt is an account that HAS BEEN OPEN ALREADY on my report for months, despite the fact that I have paid hundreds of dollars alreadyNow THE SAME ACCOUNT is shown as being reported TWICE as if it is a new and different account, which it is notI am not asking to have the account removedI am asking for the DUPLICATED account to be removedFor example:Derogatory Marks: (2)Company A $March 1, Opened Feb 1, 2015Company A $March 1, Opened Feb 1, 2015 The above shows an example of what I meanInstead of there being one negative account reported, there are now two negative accounts reportedI would not have disputed this had they been two different accountsI'm not disputing that there is money owed, just the *duplicate* account.There is a DUPLICATE account reported on my credit reportI just need the issue with the duplicate account fixed.It will help to resolve the issue when (1) the payment from February is reversed because I did NOT give permission for that charge(2) I receive the itemized bill in the mail so that I can begin making payments online as soon as I can(3) Correct the duplicate account that was just reported to my credit report Thank you for your timeIt is greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because:For the validation of these debts, I requested items that would show this debt is mine. I did recieve statements and verification that this agency is contracted witht he medical group claiming debt, but did not recieve proof that these debts were mine or that no errors were made in the posting of payments.My fax requested the signed contract between myself and the group as well as the Explenation of Benifits that shows payments and writeoffs per their insurance contracts.I have only been furnished paperwork of the business that does not show what was charged, what was billed, what was recieved and how adjustments were made. They would have recieved this information with the insurance check. In addition I requested the date these were sent to collection. So again I request EOB's to show now accounting mistates were made

Under Texas Financial Code no later than days after a debt validation is received, I must be given written notification of debt you say I oweThe amount, Each charge, and Texas surety bond information for your right to collect in my stateI did not receive anything in the mailFeel free to show me the tracking information you have sending me a letter back to the address I providedFeel free to deny the request, after I have proven that this debt is inaccurate, and has been damaging my credit for the last yearsI will seek the Texas attorney generals help, and or legal action for the time this item has been on my credit report

Consumer will need to specify an account. I see no account for this consumer in the amount of that has been disputed. There is an account that Ms*** has accounts in her name that she called our office and set up post dated checks on 10/28/for several
accounts at a month paymentsA letter goes out monthly informing consumer that the draft is being done on her account prior to drafting

In reviewing the account letter was sent to consumer on 11-2-13, It also show numerous messages were left for consumer on November 11, 2013, November 18, 2015, November 26, 2013, November 31, 2013, returned call on December 31,and was non-committal. Then she called back upset it was on her
credit report on January 6, she stated she did not get any mail, we did not received any return mail from letter sent. She also stated she got no calls but the number she was calling from was the same number we have been calling and leaving messagesWas told if she paid in full it will update as paid in full but would not deleteShe got upset and hung up. She called back and super calmed her down and was told no deletion said okay and promised to make the payment on line, thereafter to rejected to make the paymentShe called back again same day complaining some more that we never left message and kept arguing. Supervisor pulled call and let her listen to it, said will contact Revdex.comAs far as the call she said she received showing *** *** on her caller ID not sure why this name came up under our number. At that time we spoke to our IT guy and he did not know why this happened. I called our client today to see if the account has been paid in full and was verified that the consumer paid it on January 9, 2014, they failed to report the payment to us. I have posted the payment to the account and due to the fact that our client failed to report the payment and it was never updated as paid in full with CBR, we have deleted the accountI will send a letter that account has been paid in full and deleted

On 08/16/called she gave 1st and last name and refused to verify any information. I will be responding to consumers dispute shortly and will validated the account

We have a business agreement with our client to collect the debtWe received written dispute on December 23, 2016, we responded provided validation on January 4, 2017, and on we received a 2nd dispute on March 9, was responded to on March 9, 2017. We also received another dispute
on June 16, 2017, which we did not respond to. I am forwarding copies of these responses to consumer that were sent to the same address provided in this Revdex.com dispute

The account in question that you have made the $payments on and we refunded you back $and cancelled the CC payments was never reported to the credit bureau because it was flagged not to report due to monthly payments you were making. If this is not the account in question you will need to send us a letter and specify which account is reporting twice on your credit report and provide us a copy of the report so we can further investigation
