I am rejecting this response because:I am asking for your cooperation to investigate the amounts due. I am asking that the billing is double checked to assure the amounts posted, written off and patient responsibility are correct. This can only be done with original documents that the billing entity would have recived. So please provide me with A genuine copy of the document that accompanied the checks for any servics that would also show how the payment and contractual amount are to be posted. This and a simple ledger will end this issue. These are medical records and should be held for 5-years depending on the type of document

well the complaint I made was about Financial Control Center in Waco tx under my name [redacted], and I wanted to say my complaint is resolved and I don't know where to find it and delete it. I had complained that the Financial Control Center had said my IP was locked when I had tried to sign in. I thought they were doing something shady not letting me see my bill and remaining balance. But what I later realized I was signing in on the wrong place on the web site...where you have to sign in under "pay bill" even if you just want to view your balance I was singing in where it said "client services" which I now realize is probably the place where the people collecting the debt is supposed to sign in rather than people paying the debt which is what I amRegards,

We have listened to the conversation that took place.  We are required by law to verify and make sure we are speaking to the correct person to make sure we do not disclose any personnel information to someone else.  The consumer would not identify himself.  The agent did not hang up...

on the consumer. The consumer was the person who disconnected the call. Attached is a letter from our General Manager to consumer.

I am rejecting this response because:  pIF does not reflect.  As a positive on my credit report    It is still reflecting as a negative collections.   I did my part and pay these three installment payments I was told they would be taken off my credit report when they were complete and they were not.   It does not take much for yawls company to go online and take these off my credit report and that's what I'm asking to be done.   Paid in full reflects the same as not paid it all on a credit report when it's under negative accounts

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I never received debt collector's response within the specified 30 days, per Texas Finance Code.  Secondly it is ridiculous to claim I received their response on the basis they never received return mail marked "undeliverable."  Even if I believed their claim to have responded in a timely manner, the US Post Office does not guarantee delivery of its first class mail, it is not out of the realm of possibility that mail can be delivered to an unintended party.  Furthermore, hundreds of federal claims have been filed against this collector for violations of FDCPA including willful negligence. I would have a hard time taking any debt collector's word at face value.  I maintain that I never received their response, and their is no evidence supporting their claim.  I am making every effort to resolve this matter outside of presenting this case before a courtroom jury where I would be asking for statutory and punitive damages.

The only reason we ask the consumer for her information to make sure we are talking to the correct person.  We cannot disclose any information unless we know we are speaking to the correct person and she refused to provide us any information. I will do a deletion on E-Oscar send...

I have checked with all 3 credit bureaus and per Transunion and Experian the accounts have been deleted.   Equifax is the only one that was not showing the accounts on the CBR as deleted. I have done another E-0scar deletion to Equifax to have them deleted. I will be sending letter and...

I am rejecting this response because:RMP Services only mailed me a Charge Inquiry -Procedure document. Listing test and exams that were provided. I believe that is direct Violation of the Hippa Act as I dont recall authorizing the release of any of medical information to any Third Party.  Also both statements have a date listed of 04-18-2018, and 04-04-2018. Company stated that I was provided a billing statements with the Date of Services, but Date of services are listed on these statements as just occuring this month after I mailed out Certified Letter requesting Validation of this alleged debt. RMP continues to demand a payment on a alleged debt but HAVE NOT yet provided me with something as simple as the date the services occured. I AM STILL REQUESTING PROPER VALIDATION OF THIS DEBT!

they have also added 4 additional accounts that were disputed and removed.  All were added back on the credit reports on 2/18, the amounts are for $587, $510, $300, and $370.  They need to remove all these accounts as they have already been disputed and removed.

account and ledger statement, assignment/agreement from original creditor to collect this alleged debt. Proper validation has been held by many courts, and this is not one. FTC Cass letter.I will take swift and immediate legal action as well as report to the Cfpb if this third party junk debt buyer does not remove any and all accounts of this alleged medical debt off my credit reports within 5 days, which is legally allowed when there is inaccuracies discovered on a consumer's report(s).

All the accounts that the consumer is referencing have been cancelled back to our client per their request on December 2, 2017. They will also be updated with the Credit Bureau as deleted.  The address we have on file is the same address the consumer has provided in her dispute.  I will be...
