I have done the deletion on E-Oscar deleting this from all 3 credit bureaus.  A letter is forthcoming.

We have received return mail on August 5, 2015 "not deliverable as addressed." Consumers letter of dispute that was sent to us shows address of P. O. Box 1695, this is were our response to her dispute was sent and the mail was returned. I do see that on her Revdex.com dispute she shows address of P. O. Box [redacted].

I HAVE PRINTED THE STATEMENTS AND HAVE ALREADY MAILED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TODAY.  THE ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REPORTED TO ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.  THEY SHOW THE PAYMENTS MADE AND BALANCE LEFT.  THE STATEMENT ALSO SHOWS THE FACLITY AND DATES OF SERVCIE....

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS CAUSED YOU.

This is to inform the consumer that his account will be updated as deleted on my credit bureau update tomorrow.

I have confirmed with our client consumers DOB and she was a minor at that time of services.  I will do deletion on e-Oscar and send letter to consumer.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I never received debt collector's response to my request for validation.  There is no evidence supporting their claim.  Furthermore, any documentation or information presented at this time comes too little to late as collection agency has already violated Texas Finance Code Section 392.202.  I have made every effort to resolve this matter outside of presenting my case before a courtroom jury.  I am respectfully requesting removal of the invalidated item.

I am rejecting this response because: The attached file shows what I was sent as an "itemized statement" which is only a sheet they made up not from the business in question. This so called statement has my current info on it not the information that would have been when these charges were made. I have also never lived at that address that is shown on the letter they sent, that is why I am asking for one from the [redacted] because that information on the letter they sent is not correct. I have contacted the [redacted] regarding this and they are going to be contacting me back regarding this issue too.

I am rejecting this response because:There is no apology for the conduct of their employee.   If you listened to the recording you heard the rude way your employee spoke to me.  When I told him I would not provide personal information to identify myself he said 'well you should call your representative to get the laws changed'  why wouldn't I hang up on someone being so disrespectful?   Why would I disclose personal information to someone that won't provide any information for the call?

We responded to consumers dispute on that was dated January 25, 2015 and received on January 26, 2015.  We provided him a signed validation signed by our client along with itemize statements on February 25, 2015.  Then we received a letter from consumer dated March 6, 2015, letter...

states "after receiving your response to my inquire about validity of debt" means he received our correspondence.  We then received a letter wanting to settle the balances. Letter stated "your response must be postmarked no later than 15 days from your receipt of this settlement offer or this offer will be withdrawn".  We did not response as we did not accept the offer.

We have done our response to consumers dispute and her account was validated to same address as provided on this complaint. We received no return mail. I will be sending copies to consumer of our responses that were validated within the 30 day deadline.

I have sent Mr. Offineer a letter today regarding the 4 accounts.

I am rejecting this response because: My name was not [redacted] until a year ago so this could not have been the info the business had at that time, nor the address since I have never lived in Killeen. I ask for an itemized statement so I can look over the charges that were presented AND if any insurance was credited at that time. I did offer to make a settlement for a percentage if they would take it off my credit which they stated they are not allowed to delete it but other collection agencies I have spoke to have done this for a percentage settlement. Also, there are TWO companies on my credit trying to collect on this and not sure why but I have contacted them too. I will also be contacting the business these charges were associated with at that time. I will NOT call you because when I spoke to you in the past you proceeded to demand full payment and not allow me to speak at all. It is easier for me to correspond through emails since I have a baby and work too.

I am rejecting this response because:I have called the Original Creditor Bryan
Emergency Physicians and performed my due diligence in investigating this
issue, and they have no records of me whatsoever. I believe this debt to either
be a mistake that is not mine or to be fraudulent. I have no knowledge of any
of these companies and never have.Again I don't need proof of simple itemized account summary or a signature
for validation from
the collection agency as validation. I need the a certified copy of the
original contract, full accounting from origination to present, copies of
cancelled checks proving late dates, etc. I am questioning the validity of something I was never informed of
before appearing on my credit report that is now negatively affecting my credit.
According to the FCRA, Financial Control Services must provide complete and accurate
information to the credit reporting agencies or delete it.

I will be forwarding correct information to the CBR.  A letter will go out to consumer today.

The consumer set card for payments on 09-29-15 and when it was ran it declined she was then reached on October she gave new card information to run her monthly payments. Accounts will only update as paid in full not deleted.
