Bjord H*** is a pro when it comes to plumbing

Couldnt be happier with the service tech or the serviceThe tech Brandon *** was extremely courtious, neat and was very knowledgeably I would not hesitate using them again

My husband and I had a very positive experience with the HVAC Service Tech Hiller sent to service our Heating and AirDavid S*** was very knowledgeable, found a minor problem that could have grown, was friendly and left his card if we had any issuesWe are very happy with the work of Mr.S*** and with Hiller over all

I was very surprised when I found out that I would have to pay $for a handle that I was told from other plumbers should be about $10-$ It took two days to get someone out to my house They called the first day about 6:00pm or after and said they would be there around 7: I told them to forget it, which I should have done I called back and told them to come todayThe plumber I had was on vacation and I should have waited This place makes their money off parts? which is way overpriced They told me when I called the service fee was $plus whatever parts? I should have never let him put the part on the commode

Our tech was Steven K***He was very friendly and professionalWe had a very small leak under our kitchen sinkHe fixed the leak, checked our hot water heater and our water pressureWe, of course, had to pay a service charge but since our leak was small there was no additional chargeWe will certainly use Hiller again!

I have not had a very good experience with this company lately I have been a member of the "Happy Hiller Club" for a few years now and started having trouble last year I had scheduled an appointment for my yearly system cheand all was good My son stayed home from work to be there for the "technician" I had been given a two hour window of time and was told that I would be called minutes prior to the guy showing up Well, after the time for the appointment had come and gone, my son called me to find out what happened I called the local number and was told that due to scheduling issues and so many people being out sick, there was a delay Well, I wanted to know why I had not been called as a courtesy to let me know there would be a delaySo many apologizes later, I had to reschedule for the coming Saturday Well, this past week, I called for the Spring system checkup for my club membership, made the appointment, set the time for Friday afternoon, between 2-4, had the son standing by for the tech to show up, and guess what? Same exact thing happened; no call, nobody showed up and when I called, I was given the exact same excuse, people out sick...blah, blah, blah But I was next on the list I told them never mind, I'll call *** and Hiller had just lost a customer Lost my membership fee, but oh well Lesson learned I won't make the same mistake a third time

The did the checkup and everthing was fine,

Problem taken care of quickly and efficiently Competent and courteous serviceman

Plumbing issues are never pleasant, but, with the right personally, and the right level of job knowledge, problem issues are correctable That's what we got when Todd F* knocked on our door A mystery water leak was resolved after an absolute thorough testing of our entire water system Todd was able to make a potentially unpleasant situation bearable and resolved our issue without further difficulty
Prior to Todd F*'s visit we had no "Go To Plumbing Guy", but, after he successfully corrected our issue, we do now
With Todd's continued association with Hiller Plumbing, Hiller Plumbing is our light at the end of our domestic dwelling tunnel

We have been called by Hiller Plumbing many times to pump tanks for their customers during plumbing emergencies. They are always professional and knowledgeable and get the job done! Would recommend to our customers and have done so!

Hiller plumbing, happy hiller club 24/7 policy did not wor for me. I had a hard time explaining the problem and was told to call metro water services. then I explained that I needed the water cut off only to the hot water faucet in the bathroom sink, not the whole house. I need to replace the faucet set in the lavatory cause it was leaking and the stopper mechanism was stuck on shut. they are short staffed on sunday and told me they would be working until 10 that night.

According to the manager they told me they would work me in after 10. that was not my understanding. So I asked if they had any back up plumbers that I could call since tear 24/7 wasn't working. That's when they suggested I call metro.

The manager called me after I complained to him and said that they offered to work in after 10. But that was not my understanding. Then he said that I would not get something for nothing. I had called another plumber and he came and shut the water off. charging me a weekend fee.

The manager never said he was sorry for the misunderstanding, and didn't take any responsibly for part of it Tried to make me feel like I was trying to rip them off.

I had a pinhole leak in a hot water hose. I was charged $334 ($59 service call + $225 repair) to have a hose replaced with a piece of copper pipe that was probably less than 12" long, & took less than 30 minutes, from stepping in to look at it to completion & payment. I wish I could make $668/hr!!! I definitely CANNOT afford to use them again!

They're very friendly when they call--initially. But not only will they not STOP calling, they don't do what they say while they're speaking with you. I got tired of all the phone calls, so I cancelled my "Happy Hiller Club" membership on the two houses I own. The formerly very friendly lady got VERY unfriendly. When I specified that I was talking about TWO memberships, she told me that they were both cancelled and would not be auto-billed again. The next month, I had to call them to cancel (again) one of the two, which had auto-billed (again). Two months later, I got a call from them saying that my debit card had been declined when they tried to auto-bill (again). Now, FIVE MONTHS LATER, I see on my bank statement that they have auto-billed one of those memberships again. What amazes me is that there have been no drafts in FIVE MONTHS, and suddenly they're billing me (again) for a membership that was cancelled. Naturally, I called, and it will be 7-10 days before they refund the money--and I'm going to have to accept ANOTHER call from them before they'll do that.
How this isn't considered straight-up theft is beyond me.
And all of this is not even to mention that they are 20-40% more expensive on repairs than the two other companies I've since worked with.
So, yeah, real friendly...right up until they're taking money from your bank account through outright fraud or simple overcharging for repairs.

I just want to say thanks for the service I received today. I tried to help but he insisted no thanks. I just retired, end of the year, and he was quick and efficient. I'll be calling back soon for another commode for the other bathroom. I also joined the club, affordable rate, for a retiree. All and all it was a good day, thanks

Dont pay any money to be a part of the so called "Happy Hiller Club" , because you will not be a priority on anything! The technicians lie about comin to your home and they will cancel / reschedule you as they wish. I had an emergency leak in my ceiling and they would not come out until the next day...this is FAR from being PRIORITY!

Fasil A[redacted] was my tech. He was friendly and he seemed to know what he was doing. He found a freon leak in one of the lines going into the outside unit. He (hopefully) welded it shut. It seems to be working ok.
