We have been members of Hiller for several years and are very happy with the service we get every time On a Sunday we had wiring issues with a fire detector and called to get an electrician out Richard H***, the electrician, came out and checked the detector, explained the problem, and he took the time to go out and buy metal detectors to replace every one in our house He went though the house and THANKFULLY HE DID BECAUSE THERE WERE ISSUES WITH OTHER DETECTORS...we had a fire hazard Richard was wonderful with explaining to us exactly what was going on with each detector and he was very personal, very nice and pleasant to speak with We had a very nice experience with him and are EXTREMELY HAPPY with all of his work He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get this job done for us and we are so very thankful! Thank you Richard and Thank you Hiller for your excellent service

Our Technician, Robert M [redacted] was very, very professional and also friendly and personable. He did a very thorough check-up on our HVAC unit and went over the check list in detail. He explained all of our options for any recommended work and quoted exact prices. This is all you can ask for in the way of service. Robert was great and we would recommend Hiller to anyone that needs their help with HVAC, Electrical or plumbling.

I had a cut off valve installed for a new diswasher the service person (Roderick) was friendly and knowledgeable He worked quickly, and completed the job in a short time He offered advice for when the dishwasher was installed I was very satisfied with the job (from the time I called Hiller, until Roderick left my house I would certainly use them again

Stephen H [redacted] was the person who came on 1/27/2017 and did an inspection of my heating system. Stephen was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining what he did and of telling me what he found. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing.

Technician (Robert M [redacted] ) was thorough and provided helpful feedback for what my HVAC needed He was polite, efficient and straightforward

Lightning struck my front yard yesterday and ruptured my water pipes and irrigations systemDwight G [redacted] and his partner Wesley saw the damage while servicing another customer on my streetThey called in a work oder and immedially after finishing with their customer they started working to resolve my issueseven though it was the end of the work day! However it was already dark, Although they told me that they would work all night to ensure I would have water at my homeI advised them I had a place to stay for the night and that we could work tomorrowThey came back out first thing the next morning and began working on the visible damageThey eventually found additional damage near the house and worked to fix that issue as well I never write reviews..everbut I wanted to publicly acknowledge the professionalism that Dwight and Wes exhibitedThey kept me informed at each stage of discovery and resolutionI was informed of the the costs at each stageI want to say that this team represents everything that any company advertises as superior customer serviceI really mean thisI can t say enough about how they performed and represented HillerFive Stars isn't a high enough score for this team

Tim from Hiller came in today for a home repair need and the costumer service was exceptionalHe performed the workEnded satisfactorily and out so I could get my daughter from schoolWe loved the service providedThanks Tim! Thanks Hiller!

I recently had to call Hiller about a heating problem I had and they were very prompt in sending someone out to diagnosis the problemAs we live in a remote area I was surprised to have someone sent so quickly The technician they sent out was able to find the problem and resolve my issuesHe did have to return the following day and reset the unit but all has been well since he fixed the problem He was very neat, courteous, kind and listened to what we were experiencing with the heatI would highly recommend Jim N [redacted] as your technicianI will request him in the future for any needs we may have concerning the furnace and also for regular inspections Thank you again Jim for all you were able to do for us
