We could not have been more pleased with the service from our technician, MrW*** He was polite, courteous, and focused on his workHe listened carefully to our various issues with our plumbing, explained to us what he would be doing, and went right to workWe both work from our home and were quite busy that day and MrW [redacted] was very conscientious of our work and did not interrupt us except only when neededUpon completion of the work MrW [redacted] walked me through everything he did and also carefully went through the billing and explained each item very well We could not have asked for a better person to do our workMrW [redacted] was outstanding

Couldnt be happier with the service tech or the serviceThe tech Brandon [redacted] was extremely courtious, neat and was very knowledgeably I would not hesitate using them again

Their Electricians moved sump pump hose to get it out of their way and they didnt put it back causing a floodTold me to collect from my insurance co I call bull [redacted] on the "happy you'll be or the service is free " because I'm NOT happy with Hiller at all right nowIm not only out the $for their services because they didn't submit the proper paperwork to my home warranty company but one of their electricians moved the flex hose to my sump pump out of his way to install a new breaker boxNot a problem BUT it became a problem when they didn't tell me they had done it AND never put it back in placeThey just left it curled up in the floor behind a cabinetSo of course the next big rain my basement floodedI started downstairs to do laundry and my ENTIRE basement had 4-inches of standing water in itWhen I realized what had caused it I called Hiller who sent very nice plumbers out to check it outThey saw the cause of the problem and fixed itBecause they saw it was Hil

I needed quite extensive work on my AC which took two days to completeA small, mysterious leak needed to be found which allowed the refrigerant gas to escapeMy Hiller technician was John [redacted] and he was excellentHe worked hard for two days without complaint and a ready smile and it was a pleasure to have him in our homeWe would recommend Hiller and John [redacted] for conscientious and dedicated workRoger ***, Franklin Tn

Heating fall maintenance was outstandingTechnician Darrell S [redacted] found a wasp nest in the furnace intake that previous inspections had overlooked

I had a leaking faucet - on a Saturday!! I called Happy Hiller and they were able to send someone out within a few hours of the call The technician, Bjord H [redacted] , was able to assess the problem and immediately started fixing the faucet He gave me options on what should be done and what could wait Bjord was very pleasant and businesslike Thank you Happy Hiller for having such good employees working for you

Plumbing inspection was done by Wayne C*** Before he started, he gave me an overview of what he was going to do He was very detailed in going through his checklist and gave me a detailed review of the status of the plumbling systems at the end of his inspection, noting items needing attention He patiently answered all my question and provided estimates to have these items corrected Very pleased with his professionalism and attitude

I'm so happy with my experience with Hiller After discovering a leak in our home, they were able to come out that night to look at it They ended up coming back to fix it the next day and did a wonderful job This was a great company to work with and I highly recommend them

We had Hiller do both electrical and plumbing repairs last week Both David A [redacted] (plumber) and Vladimir (electrician) provided OUTSTANDING service, were professional and friendly Easy to work with.....can't thank them enough! We trust Hiller to not only provide excellent work but know they only hire and send their best It is clear their technician enjoy their work

Todd was very friendly and did a great job installing my new toilets He reviewed the proposed sink installation and set up an appointment for a more experienced serviceman for the installation involving crawl space connection of new water and drain lines I am very satisfied with the work performed and the advice he provided
