Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday afternoon on one of the hottest d [redacted] of the summerWe called Hiller and the extremely nice lady who answered the phone went above and beyond in working to find a time a technician could come to our homeWe weren't the only ones having air problems so they were pretty booked up but they were able to schedule us for later that nightAbout 10:a young man named Jonathan M [redacted] came and worked for about an hour to resolve our issue He was so kind and polite even though we knew he had to be so tiredWe ended up having to get a new unit installed on that following MondayEthan H [redacted] and Tyler T [redacted] came early that morning and worked hard all day and by mid afternoon we had cool air again! These young men as well as Jeff who we also talked with are great representatives of this company and because of that we look forward to having a long working relationship with the happy hiller group! When the truck drove away I looked at the happy face on the side of it and laughed because that was exactly what my face looked like!

I have had nothing but positive results from calling Hiller and this time was no differentThe technician MrR [redacted] came out and saved the dayHe was very courteous to my family and the questions I had during the installHe was very thorough with his work and ensured that the job was done correctlyHe also made sure that there was no problems after the install

The Hiller guys were great! They showed up on time, were completely professional They were super sweet to my pets and they took care of everything that I needed There was no pressure to spend more than I was willing and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything They were great! I just want to confirm how happy my wife and I are as a result of our latest experience with the Hiller technician who came to our home yesterday on 4-6-We were experiencing slow drain syndrome and our attempts to address the issue ourselves just weren't workingWe came to our senses and called HillerWe were greeted within a couple of hours by a most pleasant professional plumbing service technician by the name of Zach T [redacted] After we explained our problem to Zach he quickly diagnosed the problem and set about to clear our drain line, In addition he crawled under our house and inspected the water line and confirmed a leak which he repairedHe also supplied us with a septic friendly drain maintainer product which should help prevent future clogging of our drainsI honestly don't know how anyone could ask for better more professional plumbing serviceYou can bet that the next time I need a plumber I'll be asking for Zach T*** [redacted] and [redacted] , Goodlettsville, TN

We live in Columbia and on a Sunday night, Hiller was able to help us with a plumbing problem a lot quicker than I would have expectedWayne C [redacted] was our tech and he was very professional,knowledgeable and courteous

Hiller has been our source of HVAC tech followup/checks for almost a year In the two pre-scheduled system checks (one Fall of 2016, the second May-10-2017, our Service Tech was Collyn T [redacted] Very thorough, timely, and personablealways focused on the details of HVAC operation, no corners cut We feel very positive that our heating and A/C system is getting the best in attention to proper operation

That's about all I can say about Daniel F [redacted] and his partner who came out yesterday and replaced all the old cast iron pipes under my year-old houseAlso, thanks to the off-duty worker who came to support so the job could be finished in one dayRarely do I see young people work so hard with such a great attitudeI was impressed by their work ethic and integrity They knew what they were doing and how to do it with excellence and expertiseFurthermore, they cleaned up to my satisfaction, which is not easy to do Thanks guys for restoring my faith in having work done around the house, and for completing the job in the time-frame promised

I had Tyler, Tim and Scott from the Nashville office come out to add some electrical outlets, replace all of the pipes under the house, change out the pipes from the road to the house and run water and electric out to my detached garage for a washer and dryerthey came out and knocked all of that out in no time It was a ton of work and at times, there seemed to be crews all working simultaneously on different areas, to ensure timeliness, quality work and professionalism I would recommend Hiller to anyone looking to do anything involving HVAC, plumbing or electrical work!
