Johnathen N [redacted] was here at my home to check out my electrical system Just the yearly check I am so glad we have Hiller, as it is much easier and less expensive to get my electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing checked before a problem arises Johnathen was so pleasant and easy-going Explained a home surge protector but no sales pitch or pitch to buy Just the kind of guy you like having in your home It must be a great place to work, because everyone, whether on the phone or in person are all genuine and never in a hurry

Stephen H [redacted] was the person who came on 1/27/and did an inspection of my heating system Stephen was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining what he did and of telling me what he found He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing

As a Happy Hiller member, we had plumbing inspection by RW [redacted] and air conditioning inspection by Matt H***I was pleased with their promptness, professionalism and proficiencyThey told me what they thought needed to be fixed without pressure I also was pleased that they wore protective footwear in the house

We have a home warranty partner for our major appliancesWhen our hot water tank went out on Sunday, I immediately called the provider selected by the warranty company for a service date and timeThey came out hrsafter the agreed arrival time only to say they wouldn't be able to repair it until the following Friday! I complained to the warranty company to no availFinally I called Hiller (who I should have called to begin with) to be told that a repair man would be out the same day as I am a club memberWhat a relief! Our Hiller service technician Todd F [redacted] was very respectful and courteousHe went an extra mile to make sure that our hot water heater got repaired the day of service as it required a part that he had to get from his office some miles from our home in Jefferson CityIt was already late in the day when he arrived and he could have easily said it will need to be installed tomorrowWe were very much appreciative of him being sensitive to our needs as we did not have hot water for days at that pointGoing above and beyond surely made a difference in our choice of service going forwardI'm a fairly new club member and plan to remain so for some time to come! I had an emergency after a big storm and called HillerThey told me they would be there just after 10:30amI was happily surprised when James W [redacted] showed up at 9:30am to help He was very profrssional and helpful As always, Hiller's service was wonderful

We had sewer line problem during the extreme cold weather causing backups in houseWe are a member of the Happy Hiller family and gave them a callThey came around 2:00PM and did not leave until everything was solved around 6:30PMIt was extremely cold and they went above the call of dutyWe ended up calling out the City and Jack J [redacted] and his assistant from Hiiller stayed until the line was openedThis was in my opinion excellent customer serviceThey even took pictures of the issue in line and the next day we came home and found that sewer line had been dug out and fixedThis was so amazing that they did all this for usWe have our air conditioning and heat also with Hiller and have had nothing but excellent service and everyone you speak with will go to bat for youThis Company is true to what they say and so many times you don't see thatJust know if you need any plumbing, heat or electrical services this is the company to call if you want excellent service and people who care

It was a pleasure to meet Thomas C [redacted] and P.JJ [redacted] today; such polite professionals - just a breath of fresh air! The gentlemen were sent by Happy Hiller in Nashville, TN to clean my upstairs vents and lines My husband passed away in 2013, so it always makes me a bit nervous when I make decisions regarding my homeThomas C [redacted] and P.JJ [redacted] took time to fully explain the air vent cleaning process so I would be more at ease Also, they treated me with respect and dignity I appreciated them both personally and professionally!!! My AC tuneup was just completed by Sam B*** It was Sam's first visit to my house and all I had to do was show him the location of my appliances Sam was friendly and courteous He didn't leave any cleanup chores for me to take care of I've always had first-rate service from Hiller's technicians and I really appreciate the fact that they are all so well-trained and knowledgeable I recommend them to anyone who is looking for HVAC, plumbing or electrical repair or inspection
