David S [redacted] first came and looked at the problem, placed a temp fix as it would take a new coil for a permanant fixWhen it arrived he was here with a partner Ken , went straight to work had it installed checked it running cleaned up the area then had us look it over for our satisfaction then leftThis was two very professional employees, a credit to Hiller

OMG, where do I begin? Let me just say that in years gone by the dedication by the services I used, or utility contractors I should say were mostly independent one or two man operations unfortunately those are either retired or deceased I had been hesitant to Call Happy Hiller, especially having noted a year or two ago that you were on the top fastest growing companies in TennesseeI figured these guys are really going to be high dollar At least two other of my brothers or sisters and or neighbors had been using youOne of my sisters especially had an electrical circuit box on fire in the middle of the night and your man Jalon Fcame to her rescue along with Clarksville Fire and RescueJalon and Dale, I believe it was, returned promptly the next day to completely replace her breaker box, electrical sweeps, etcand stayed overtime in order to get her electrical service up and running in less than hours Having witnessed the professionalism and courtesy of these two fellows convinced me I should give Hiller a shot at becoming my new household utility guys Now $20,later over a period from May 17, to September 27, I have met and been serviced by: Steve GMichael, Jalon, Jerry, Lucas, Brian, Dale, Darrell, Patrick( my little leprechaun), Denny, Ethan, Steven P., Jeremy, and Brandonall with the exception of one very professional and polite I have had two frost proof faucets installed, replaced all of my water lines inside up to each faucet throughout the house to include sinks, showers and bathtubsA new ampelectrical switch installed after checking the AC and the switch would not come back on, a complete new HVAC split system gas furnace and electrical AC installed to include replacing the outside switch box which had just previously been repaired, After checking my furnace and finding that most likely I would have died this winter due to carbon monoxide poisoning as there were several splits and or holes in my heat exchange box, by law the technician had to turn the gas off to my furnaceSo I decided since my unit was yrs old, the smart thing to do was have the system replacedI chose the 98% efficiency system as the one I had been using was only 80% efficientMy old unit was a ton and in order to get the 98% I had to go to a ton The good news here though is I got a lifetime warranty on both the Heater exchange box and the compressor on the AC In addition almost everything else done comes with a yrwarranty on parts and laborWhat sold me the most though is the 24/availability of their ever efficient service men They remind me of a deceased plumber I used for years Whenever he entered the house he would always put on a pair of house shoes, before walking on the carpet or finished hardwood floorsIf he had to drill or cut anything he would always sweep, or vacuum up any residue of his work before leaving Hiller does the same in essenceThey carry disposable booties they slip over their boots or shoes before coming in the house and do an exemplary job of cleaning up any mess they create They even have a fit, if the customer offers to do it, insisting that is part of their jobYou can't ask for any better than the service, politeness and professionalism all of these guys have exemplifiedI have only had two occasions where they had to come back for a redo of portions of the work, and both times they came out within an hour of my discovering an issue and readily corrected the situation at no extra charge If you google Hiller you will see they are one of the top fastest growing companies in the state of Tennessee and I can attest as to why that is a factYour first impression may be that they are higher than others, but in my years of working in the contracting business, I have learned "you get what you pay for" What you get from Hiller and his men is definitely worth the money you have investedLast, but not least by any means, is the relief and reassurance you have, that should anything adverse happen in your home, as it did in my sisters electrical situation, Hiller's crews will treat your situation as if it were there own emergency and your home as if it were there own

The guys, Nick and Daniel, were excellent. Very professional and prompt. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had an agreement with Hiller to install gas logs and obtain the permit from codes th have gas connected. The work was done 10-29-18 but no permit the tech connected the gas logs and did the pressure test 10-29. I called the gas company to have service connected and was told they were waiting on a permit. After numerous calls to Hiller I was told they would send out an inspector which was done 11-09-18.At that time the inspector told the Hiller employee that there was insulation needed before it would pass inspection. I was assured that would be taken care of and would let me know when it was complete. I have made calls to the company since then always with a promise of someone calling me back, I talked with the gas company again today and they are still waiting on the permit,

HVAC Service Technician Reginald D [redacted] was very knowledgeable & thorough when performing his assessmentHe also took time to explain his findings & my next step in repairsI'm in love with Hiller after my first appointment & would recommend each homeowner to join The Happy Hiller Club!!

Hiller is the bestperiod! Jonathan N [redacted] wired a Floodlight camera for me and went above & beyond He changed existing ceiling fan setup to make his job work even better for meNo extra charge! Hiller always is on time, does the work properly the 1st time and Cleans up after themselvesAll the things so many others don't do!

All of the Hiller technicians have been extremely friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable regarding all of the work they have performed in my home They took the time to explain all of my options in detail and performed all work to my satisfaction We have had no problems whatsoever with any of the work they have done here I would highly recommend them!!! Jason J [redacted] was my Plumbing Service Technician and Joe E [redacted] was my HVAC Service Technician They did a great job!!! There were other employees, although I don't have all of their names, but they were all wonderful to work with!!! Thank you, Hiller!!!

Our HVAC Service Technician was Jonathan M [redacted] He was punctual and professional Mr M [redacted] did a complementary inspection and cleaning of our system He was informative yet not "pushy" about needs for our ac unit (he even removed a dead mouse from our unit (yuck)) I am very pleased with our service and plan on joining the Happy Hiller Club

My company needed a faucet replaced and Monty T [redacted] came in and got the job much faster than expectedHe was polite, professional and a wonderful representation of HillerThe next time we need plumbing service here or at my home, I won't hesitate to call Hiller and request MontyJob well doneThank you
