This is our second time doing business with Home Performance Alliance and both times have been great experiencesOur Project Manager, Jason M., has been very helpful and knowledgeableWe have had nothing less than excellent serviceI would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their windows/doors in their home

Replacement windows were installed in mid-February Hurricane screens never delivered Permit inspection process never completed Following installation in mid February 2016, measurements were taken for hurricane screens which were to be delivered a few weeks laterIn March someone from the office called to set up an appointment for the permit inspector to come by When I told her that I had not been given a permit package, she said she would mail the paperwork to me Then I mentioned that the hurricane screens had never been delivered, which she was unaware of I have heard nothing from the company since March, received nothing, when I try to call the number I have for them, I only get an answering machine None of my requests for a call back have been responded to

HorribleDisgustingA waste of time, money and stress We purchased windows back in SeptemberWe got them installed in October sometimeWe ordered hurricane windows and one of those windows was suppose to be obscured since it is in our master bath that faces the neighborhoodThey gave us the wrong windowWe tried several times to get a hold of someoneIt wasn't till I sent a less then pleasant email in November about this issueThey finally contacted us and said we would get the right window by the end of NovemberWhen that didn't happen, I wrote another email in December, because again, our calls got ignoredWe were told the window would be installed by the end of DecemberWe are now in the middle of January and still no window with no contactAt this time we cannot use our master bath because we do not feel like giving the entire neighborhood a showI am extremely disgusted with the level of customer service this company has provided, or should I say the lack of customer service

I am a homeowner that lives in Clearwater FloridaI have purchased replacement windows from Home Performance Alliance and must say that the sales, service, and installation was a pleasant experienceThe manager (Neal) came and gave thorough details and helped me save money by showing me how this pays for itselfEveryone complains when things go bad but this is certainly a positive here

This was the WORST experience with a service provider we have ever even imagined!!! Everything that could go wrong from the installation to the lack of customer service went very wrongThis company does NOT return phone calls, they do not care how much of an inconvenience it is to make several recalls on the installations nor do they care about the mess the installers leave behind! We found dirty rags in window sills, broken blinds, a broken marble window sill, a NASTY Mountain Dew spit bottle FULL of tobacco spit in our master bedroom left under the edge of the bed by the windowWe have tried to reach the Director of Operations John Son several occasions and he will not respondHe gave us his word he would make it right when he heard our complaints and walked our job to see for himself what was going onThere has been no compensation not even an apology for their terrible customer service and it has been a year since the windows were installed and there are still issues that have not been resolved

The Marketing company, Dynamic in June of 2018, was in my neighborhood distributing some information leaflets of installation of windows for HPA A salesman came on Saturday, he gave us a demonstration, he compared the HPA window, with one that sells Home Depot, it was checked with a lamp that imitates the heat of the sun, that the Home Depot window let the heat pass through the gas contained in the double panel, its window barely warmed up, we convinced ourselves to acquire the windows, it tells us that the Home Depot only saved up to 70% of electric power and that of HPA, around 90%, let us know that through a program from the State of FL, and the Department of Energy, they were giving affordable prices to the homeowners, to change their windows, which were a bit above Home Depot, but with better construction quality in the energy savings and impact of hurricanes, gave us the option to install two types, one without impact with a value of $ 400- $ 500, and with impact with a value of

I have a signed contract to the terms of 9000$ over months 0% interest - I have a approved contract from Green Sky credit confirming contract terms After having a signed contract and a deposit of 1000$ cashed by company, confirmation from credit company that the 9000$ loan over months at 0% interest confirmed and in writing, a second project manager signing off on 2nr measurement of windows and financing - I get a call today to tell me they will not and are not any longer offering 0% financing - tried to offer me a different deal - I said no refund my 1000$ down payment person I spoke to said his name was Bob Graly (Gracy) XXX-XXX-XXXXI called my sales rep - he had no knowledge of thisthis is fraud plain and simpleI would not let this company hang a post it note on my door much less tear out my existing windows and replace themI only want my down payment back and yet another complaint filed on themshame on me for not checking on them with you first
