I have been looking to install new windows since I moved in in Apr I had a few quotes and then HPA showed up on my doorstepI agreed to have them come out and listen to their quoteThe first quote was very high and was just out of my budgetThen Chris came along and gave me a better deal for what I was looking to get done and I took itAbout months later everything was set up to be installedThe installation was quick and easyThey were a good teamThey did windows in about 2-hoursThey were clean and friendly, I was very satisfied with thatAfter the installation they set up for the inspector to come in a timely mannerAfter that the guy who put in the final pieces came shortly afterIt was a quick processCustomer service was a little off for me, but once the VP MrPeter Vgot involved everything came together very nicelyI am very happy with the service and I am 100% satisfied with the product I receivedI have a front window that I would close that area off because it made my house so much warmer, with the new windows I can leave the blinds up and that area open and it stays very coolI would recommend this company in a heart beatAnd I will be going back to them to get all my doors replaced!
Completion of installation of energy efficiency windows, one glass sliding door and missing parts We made the purchase in December of and the windows were installed in February of this yearAt that time one of the sliding windows was missing two screens and the glass sliding door screen was to small.Also one half of a double hug window has a manufacturing flaw and needs to replacedIt is now June and nothing has been done After the windows were in place the county of Hillsborough falled the installationThat has since been corrected and has passed inspection The company seems to be very disorganized because every time we talk to them they ask us what has to be completed.They never call to keep us updated, we always have to contact them

This company advertised free products to get in the door then try to sell 13k worth of products for you to get the free product at cost which is I contacted a company offering free solar attic fansI asked specifically what the catch was and if I HAD to purchase anything to receive the free itemI was told no just allow them into my home so they can show me what they could do for meI was in the market anyway for hurricane windows so I thought why not and I could get a free solar attic fanwell they came over their rep was very rude pushing and prying to make a sale trying to commit fraud on the finance application and was told no theres no way they give away free solar attic fansI do have all the proof saying they are free
Had Windows put in my villas and was told by the sale lady that I would get a rebate or discount from Duke Energy that it was required by law Well come to find out Duke does not give rebates or discounts for villas So I called Home Performance to tell them they that it wasn't true should not be telling us that if it isn't true, they (John) formed me that Duke does give rebates and discounts and they are not telling me the truth and also they do not say for sure Well I was told by the sale lady that it was the law for Duke to give them So now I have paid all this money for windows and I am out a discount or rebate I feel that Home Performance Alliance should make good on this since that was one of the reason the sale person was pushing by telling me it was the law If anyone is going to work with them make sure you call Duke or TECO to confirm before they sign anything I love the windows but should be able to trust them to tell the truth

I must say that Home Performance Alliance, Incis lucky to have Peter, the VP of the companyMy father decided to reach out to the company after seeing an ad for the companyThey were very kind, helpful and informativeThey came to a reasonable contract to install the windows throughout our homeThrough no fault of Home Performance Alliance, we had to cancel the contract before the work was performedPeter was not only understanding to our plight, but he went above & beyond and allowed us to rescind Home Performance Alliance did not have to cancel a signed contract so you could imagine how blown away we were by the level of customer service provided This is the type of company that you rarely see nowadays in a business world where corporations treat customers like dollar signs and not human beings I look forward to giving Home Performance Alliance my future business when our unfortunate circumstances change I would HIGHLY recommend HPA for your home improvement needs! Where to begin... The sales man lied, Company not willing to negotiate on price after failing inspection, windows not working as promised. The salesman Bryan c S. lied to us about the savings and said that the company would pay for our windows if we didn't save a specific amount on our electric bill after a year, which was a lie. The windows are not performing as promised, we can feel the heat coming through during summer and the ones Bryan showed us didn't allow the heat through. We were told by Bryan that the inspector was coming and he would give us our paper that guaranteed our savings which was a lie. I was told multiple times the inspector was coming and took off work only for no one to show up. It took 4 months before an inspector showed up to check the installation of the windows and it failed. The customer service and communication is horrible. We signed a contract on 5-31-17 and it is now Jan-19-18 and the job is still unfinished and our complaints have gone unanswered.They
