HPA came to our house and provided a good presentation, but after really considering the financial burden the new windows would have put on us, we decided to cancelSent a certified letter within the cool off period and received a call back to confirm the events of the presentation process as well as verify whether there was anything else that they could have done So, HPA does care about their image and in our case, they did right by us

Constant issues, will not return calls I had to call weeks after ordering to ask for a statusAfter I was told they were still waiting to receive my order, 1p min later they called about installOne big window had a huge scratch\crack in itIt looked like the diamond cutter they used to remove my old windows was used on itThe sales person LIED about the sheildsI asked if it was accordian type of clear hard plastic and he said yesI came home from work and found 50+ holes drilled around my windows with god awful huge screw headsIts UGLYI have sense had to come to terms with it but when we had to use the cloth type sheilds for IRMA, half of the bolts were either fused to the anchors, or the anchors came out of the brick all togetherThey have since repaired that and the cracked windowMONTHS after installNow my other complaints since original install will not be remediedI am missing a sticker for both bathroom windows prohibiting me from filing them with my insuranc

I just purchased new windows from Home Performance Alliance Peter V., Vice President, went that Extra Mile to make me completely Satisfied Everyone was friendly and helpful

We got a call from this business the night before the appointment (4/19/2018) as been following up on a previous appointment they couldn't fulfilled back in December 2017, which I didn't remember we had madeAgain it was for 45minutes to hourThe salesman showed up at 4:20pmWe like to involve in conversations with our guests, you can find out a lot about their character, but it was after 8pm when the salesman leftHe gave us the estimate, because that was the only thing we were looking for and the fact that the estimate was good for yearWhen I told the guy that I had to look into it and make a decision (over $17,000) he called his boss and they put the charade about to help us to take a decision that nightI gave him my reasons not to do it at that momentHe was politeHe left and took with him the estimateI had asked him for his business cardHe said will leave it with the estimate, I never got it either I decided to check their reputation on Revdex.com and found out that they have been in business for years but he told me his company has been in business for yearsReliability at this point? None I contacted the business to get a copy of the estimate, they couldn't find our name or address initiallyThe person who answered, after she found our whereabouts, said was going to leave a message for the salesmanIt is a week later and we got nothingThat tells me that we were not truthfully interested on my businessI am reading the reviews and estimates given and believe we made the right decision of not making a decision that nightI will get some other estimates and I believe I can get a better oneThese companies think that all customers are the sameI doubt that they will trust me with a job worth $17,000+ according to the estimate, to make a decision as soon as they meet me without considering other options or checking on my reliability and previous customers' experiencesThere was other element that I evaluated that night and that element really set my mind not to do business with themThanks for letting them know of my review

My wife & I made an appointment after meeting their rep at the Home Improvement show hosted at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland in Sept We had an exact date & time scheduled for today, 10/at 10AMWe received annoying calls this past Saturday morning while at a family function to confirm the date and timeAt about 2:PM on Saturday, we received another call that they could not keep the 10AM appointment and wanted to come at 2PM, which was not a good time for usI told them, we would call another time to rescheduleYesterday, Sunday we received another call that they would be coming today at 10AM at which time I said we had made other arrangements and would not meetAt 9:45AM this morning, we were contacted by our security company that someone was here to see us at which time I advised Security that they cancelled the appointment on SaturdayIt is apparent that they have a problem with scheduling as is stated in the Revdex.com review

Sales person entered a deed restricted community which is posted no solicitation.Told residents the President of the community OK'd him Sales person lied to neighbors telling them the President of the community gave him permission to solicitHe also told neighbors the company is run by the state and was offering free home inspectionsWhen he approached my home, I told him there is no soliciting allowed and he needed to leaveHe told me it was ok because he had permission from the President of the communityWhen I told him I was the President, he ran to his truck and left the areaI filed a complaint with his company and will do so with the state of Florida as well

I had a lovely experience with Home Performance Alliance They were very professional and were able to resolve any issues that came up efficiently I would highly recommend them I have a second home In Naples, Florida and the windows are secure and I feel comfortable that my home will be safe when I am not there

I do enjoy her knowledge on the product she sales she is very down to earth , would recommend her for sure

I contacted this company on 6-13-regarding lifetime replacement of glass in one of their windows they had installed in our homeI sent the requested information that day I contacted the company on 8-1-at which time they told me the window showed it was ordered but they could not track the window down On 8-7-17, they requested another picture of the window sticker, which was sent to them that day along with a picture of the windowOn 8-8-17, I verified that the information had been received and she sent an email double checking on order and would advise me when she heard backOn 8-28-I sent a follow up requesting status and received no answerOn 10-31-I sent a picture of the window starting to crumble and explained I had company coming at Christmas and needed the window repairedResent label and window picture to now the third person handling this matterOn 11-18-17, again followed up and was told window was expected on truck the next weekFollowed up again on 12-

Alliance Home Performance, is a great company, they are truly professional They installed several windows and everybody envolved was great to work with, they went out of their way to help us and take care of us I was very impressed and would highly recommend them for your window replacement They are like friends that you have in the window business! I am extremely pleased with the company and the whole proses while working with them

It was A pleasure to have Chad in our home, He knows a great deal About his craft We were blown away by all the information And the fact that we had no idea there was black mold in our child's bedroom who has been suffering from horrible allergies We are very grateful And the fact that Chad was with us every step of the way, And answered all of our phone callsleft my husband and I feeling very comfortable and secure The install went flawlesslyAnd we immediately saw the savings from the wind mitigation and energy savings just as chad promised We are looking forward to completing our house within the next year and will definitely stick with HPA They have our family's blessings

Product is defective, horrible service Our sales rep Jordan Slied to us regarding the productHe indicated 100% satisfaction or your money backThe windows are defective and we cannot get him or the company to return our callsHe guaranteed our electric bill would be cut in halfYet, our bill has remained unchangedThe windows installed have defects that we brought to the attention of the organizationThey finally, after three months of contact, came to inspect and have never returnedOur house is now humid and coldAdditionally, Jordon told us told us our loan through synchrony bank would be a 0% interest yet that is not the case

Home Performance Alliance replaced all of our windows with Hurricane windows We paid $33,dollars for the product and installation Two windows have had problems and the company has been to or home times starting February 9th and each time they have advised us that the part does not exist to repair the broken window spring I have called at least times and have not received any response to my complaint The windows have a lifetime warranty The patio French doors were also installed backward showing the hinges outside, which can easily be broken into by removing the door hinge from the outside I advised the company that I want all of the windows replaced, which will have parts available or for the company to repair the broken window and produce in writing that the parts will be available for the windows that have been installed NO RESPONSE Product_Or_Service: Windows

I met a person from Home performance windows at Dunkin Donuts, which I like a lot he explained to me about his products, I was able to replace my old jealousy windows with new storm windows because of the climate in Florida, I am a military veteran I believe in safety and security,...the new windows installed allowed me to have a nice look and feel as such...thank you home performance for doing a good job...btw you owe me coffee and donuts...lol

girls knocked on my door about days agoThey said they weren't trying to sell me anything, but they wanted to schedule an appointment so they could show me the value of what their company does and their company's productsI told them that was fine, and I was NOT looking to purchase anything and not a position to buy anything nowI set up the appointment because the girls were so sweet and sincere, and I've been in sales my entire year career, so I understand where they're coming from The next day, Jason, the sales rep shows up right on timeHe was wonderful, introduced himself, shook my hand and showed his identification Over the next hours, he thoughtfully listened to my concerns and needs, and addressed any questions I hadHis presentation was very long, but I didn't mind because he really was teaching me new things about a company I'd never heard ofBy the end of his presentation, I'm sold on the idea of installing soft-lite windows when I'm ready to remodel the exterior of my homeI think they're a great product and I can see the value of themJason was absolutely wonderful and I cannot speak highly enough of himWhere things went south is when he starts quoting off prices and payment plansI felt like I'm negotiating on buying a carI was incredibly clear and upfront with him from the beginning that I don't intend to immediately purchase anything, because the extent of my project is incredibly longThere are MANY things that we have to accomplish before we'll be in a place to buy $12k worth of windowsThere's severe damage to the front of my house that is going to require $40k+ worth of renovationsIgnoring all this, he has to do a "check-in" phone call to his boss trying to explain to him why we aren't buying from him this very secondHis boss was Gary D, President of Home Performance AllianceThis man was incredibly unprofessional, rude, curt, and left me with an insane distaste in my mouthAt one point during the conversation, he even said in a threatening voice that "I didn't know who he was" and that my fiance "makes poor decisions and that's really a shame." This man should never step in front of a customerIn fact, he really should just be escorted from the building because he doesn't deserve to be in the position he is inA yrold could run this organization better than himAnd I mean that in the nicest way possible (This company only gets star and that's because Jason saved the dayJason keep up the amazing work you do! You deserve better in your career, and I hope you consider alternate options in the workforceYou should consider places that don't ride you like a slave driver.)

Although we changed our mind on choosing windows, they were very timely in making sure our refund was done as soon as possible
