My husband and I have wanted an indoor spa for many years. We finally contacted Resort Living and now have a beautiful sun room added to our bedroom. They seemed to know what we wanted and it turned out wonderful. I love calling our bedroom/sun room the honeymoon suite at (our last name) resort. We can go on vacation in our new room before work, after work, and weekend....no driving required. So perfect for this empty nest couple.

Very nice to deal with. Very efficient. The installer, Doug C[redacted] is an outstanding young msn. He is an efficient hard worker. Quality work and excellent cleanup.

We recently decided to change our old shower out for a new one through DreamStyle Remodeling, and although the price was a little over what we had budgeted for, it was well worth it. They stuck to their 2-day time frame for the installation despite the surprise of a rather major plumbing issue lurking behind the existing drywall. The installers found us a plumber who rectified the problem promptly. We have nothing but top marks to report about the installers, Doug Clark and Conrad Butler. They were professional, personable, and ran a clean job site. Can't think of a single negative against them. All in all this was the easiest remodel by far of anything in our home. And we now have a beautiful, roomy master shower. Thanks, guys!

I like the patio, walkway, and screened room that were constructed. I can’t give an unqualified approval due to the following issues: 1) I could not count on workers arriving on time and I could not count on deliveries being made on time, which contributed to the job taking a week longer than was scheduled. 2) Workers left concrete dust and gravel on the driveway and concrete splatters on stucco walls as well as completely filling the trash barrel with their debris, which resulted in my having to clean up after them and not being able to use the trash barrel for a week until it could be emptied. 3) Work was not scheduled with my input; rather, I would be told when they were coming for the job, leaving me to either delay the work or try to change my commitments to accommodate them or not be here when the work was being done. 4) I never got a customary call from workers saying they were on the way, so that when they were over an hour late I had to make the calls to find out if they were coming. 5) When I asked for a break-down of costs for the concrete work and the screened room, I was told it wasn’t possible for me to get the information due to it being a "package" price which left me feeling unsure of exactly what I was paying for.

I had Dream Style do my bath and shower conversion on July 27th.Both Doug and Conrad came on time and were very professional during the whole 8 hour process. First the removal of the existing shower was done in a timely manner. Doug wxplained each step as they proceeded putting up the walls and final caulking. I would highly recommend this pair for any future remodeling

Chad & his helper spent 12 hours in our home on the 18th installing our new shower due to some plumbing delays from our end. They did an outstanding job & were very knowledgeable in their working skills. It was such a pleasant feeling to have someone that was so nice helping to improve my bathroom due to my being an senior & not wanting to fall getting into a tub. Thanks again Chad...was a pleasure getting to have pizza with you for staying with the job. Hope your wives understood.

Justin P[redacted] arrived with his helper on time, both were cleanly appointed and very amiable in temperament. following their inspection of the work area, I was informed in detail of what and how the work would be carried out.

The finished product was as good as I had envisioned.

We are so happy with the sun room they built for us. We had a great patio that we could only use for a few months each year due to triple digit temps, blowing dust, or some months when it was too chilly to be comfortable. We had a small A/C-Heat unit installed and since our room has been finished, we have used it every day. All our friends are amazed at how nice the room is.

Justin P[redacted] and assistant Jason arrived on time and were very pleasant and respectful. It took most of the day (as promised) to remove the old bath tub & surrounding walls, change out the plumbing, put in new green board and finally install the new step-in shower, grab bars and shelves. We couldn't have been more pleased.

They did a wonderful job, given the small area in which they had to work, cleaned up after themselves and gave us thorough care instructions. Justin's professionalism made all the difference in the world.

Our installers were Jason and Sean. They were stuck in traffic and were courteous enough to call and say approximately what time they would arrive; and arrived on time. They were respectful and courteous during their entire time of the install of our shower. I rate their work and outstanding as they were open and honest during the entire time; asked when they had questions and were willing to provide suggestions as they had more experience in shower installation than my and I did. I rarely buy anything that's advertised via infomercial but have been pleasantly surprised during the entire process. We are having our master bath remodeled as well, and hope we get to have Jason and Sean as our installers on that job as well. An outstanding company from front to back!

I would never recommend this company to anybody. They have very poor communication, are totally unorganized and hide behind the "Corporate office" excuse at all turns. I called them after receiving a flyer in the mail because I really wanted to remodel my sunroom and turn it into a functional room. The sales guy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and pointed out every detail of what I was signing except for the small print that stated I had 3 business days to cancel my contract. When the next guy called me to schedule the photographs, I expressed my distress about signing such an expensive contract and he told me about the cancellation policy. I immediately emailed my sales guy, but I was 2 days too late and when I communicated to the sales mgr, he called "Corporate" and they basically said, Too bad...I could not cancel my contract. I begged and pleaded and they stuck to their stubborn guns. I felt stuck and now unhappy with this company that I would be forced to concede my initial 10K deposit or give them another 22K to finish the project. They offered me more stuff instead of what I really wanted and even coerced me into signing something that said when all was said and done, I could not complain on social media or registrar of contractors. It was not until the City of Phoenix saved me by denying their original drawings per our contract and even then, they were planning to trying to get the city to change their minds now that they had money invested into the project. They should have just done the decent thing and let me out of my contract in the first place. Karma prevailed, but I just wanted to warn others about doing business with this most unscrupoulus company. I finally got my deposit back after they had no choice...this is 4 months after my original meeting with the sales guy.

Did a fantastic job on screening in our patio! Very satisfied with the product and service, they made the experience flawless.

Doug and his helper were just fantastic! They completed 2 bathrooms (1 show and 1 tub) in 2.5 days. They cleaned up after themselves each day so there was nothing for me to do after they left. The tub and shower look great and they turned out better than I could ever hope for. Thank you Doug and I'm sorry, I don't remember your helper's name. Both were very polite and respectful and answered all my questions as they went along.

Everything was great with the installation of our shower.

We had a few problems that were encountered, but through all this the worker remained calm and professional. We are very pleased with the service.

I just had a shower put in and they had to take out my old cast iron tub. Of course, had to have a plumber come in to put in new drains. Dave the installer did an excellent job of installing the new shower! Everyone was professional, on time, and advised me every step of the way during the install. They checked everything before installing and reordered a new floor as it was shipped with a hole in it. I am planning on adding a sun room and will certainly use Home Resort Living of Arizona again. Congrats on a job well done!
