We had a sunken shower that we needed to have brought up to be a walk in with no step Wanted it to be handicap accessible

Although we had a slow start due to a product needing to be re-ordered, the job they completed went well and we are pleased with the result and the clean up They had a creative solution to a minor problem which was supposed to be temporary but turned out so nice we think we'll keep it

I had our old tub/shower unit replaced with a new shower unit only because the tub was too difficult for my husband to step over due to his disability Bathwraps is a division of Dreamstyle Remodeling, Incout of Scottsdale, AZ The service was prompt and on the day scheduled for The installers were very helpful and courteous as well as careful to avoid damaging anything There was, however, a very small crack near the floor in the bottom of the cabinet next to the shower after the walls were installed I don't feel the small crack was serious and I myself was able to very easily repair and repaint it without a problem It was a long day from 8:am to 6:pm but all the plumbing as well as the installed shower were done to completion and our satisfaction No missing parts, no wrong parts ordered The shower is beautiful and I love the finish of the walls and fixtures Safety rails were added for my husband's convenience I have no complaints at this time regarding the install or the financing I feel the price was fair with the qualifying discounts that we receivedThey cleaned and vacuumed the room completely and left the finished bathroom in very good conditionThe only concern I have is that the fixative they used was extremely pungent and strong for several days despite open windows and the use of fans This was difficult for me as I am super sensitive to these type of odors I don't know if they could have used a different adhesive for this projectI'm thinking the site manager should have mentioned how strong this odor would be beforehand so I could prepare for it Also, when the old fiberglass tub/shower unit was cut up for removal, the workman told me to keep the windows open as this can be somewhat toxic to breathe Another thing I wish I knew beforehand when the site manager came out to measure, discuss the install and finalize the orderThis review is an early review, however, I must say the remodel is solid, beautiful and working well with no leaks or other problems at this time and, hopefully, nothing will change down the road

Our installation crew, Joseph Tand Dana Gwere excellent Joseph lead us through the entire installation process, and got our feedback as to how we wanted the shower to look upon completion He and Dana cleaned up thoroughly both inside and out These to gentlemen are very professional and for our next shower install we want them back!

Lyle & Dana arrived right on time and started work immediatelyThey were courteous and kept the work area cleaned up as they completed the jobUpon completion they even swept out the garage The shower looks terrific even though we still have to wait a week for the doorsWe are very satisfied with the quality of the product and are anxious to use our new shower

Installer was Conrad B*** , great job on both the young men who installed my shower they did a wonderful jobThey were very kind & cleaned up all there messThank you tammy Wooley for the estamter & took the time to explain everything very clean to me I would ask them back any time

The shower turned out better than I thought it wouldI am very pleased with itThe installer Josh was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable and you could tell he was a perfectionist and wanted to do the job rightIt took awhile for all the the items to come in that were ordered to complete the shower and it took alittle longer than expected to complete the shower once they demo'd it because of some issues that had to be taken care of, but once the day arrived for the actual installation, they arrived at about 8:a.mand the job was completed at 9:p.mIt was a long day but it was nice that they completed it in the one day and didn't have to come backI am very glad I decided to go with dreamstyle and I would recommend it to othersMatter of fact, l already have

The job took longer than expected as the first sales rep did not understand what I wantedThen the second rep, who understood quoted me a much higher priceThen I was not informed the plumber was separate and extra, and I had to use their guyI believe if I bid it out I could have saved several hundred dollarsThe owner of Dreamstyle absorbed some of the cost (4%) which was helpful The men did a great job ripping out the old and putting in the new, and I was left with mudding and seaming the drywall, texturing the walls, priming and painting and doing the tile floorI have to do this myself, so it is taking a whileI think it will look great when I am done
