Had a snail shower/spa/bench installed Two days Very neat, clean and professional installers (Doug & Parker) Didn't really know what to expect, but looks fantastic Right on time both days

We had a new bathroom surround done in late MayWe had a pleasant experience with John, our sales repHe went over all of our options, and explained how things would happen going forwardWe were given a rough estimate of the time element that would be involved, and as it turn out, it was pretty much right onParker and Jason were our installers, and they kept us on top of everything that was going onThe guys were very friendly and courteous and worked diligently all dayWhen they finished the job, everything looked great, and everything was cleaned up as wellOur bathroom looks so much nicer with the new surround, and we are glad we moved forward with the project

Dreamstyle installed a showerliner for me on TuesJuly 3, The job was done by Kevin and I couldn't be more pleased He arrived on time, told me about how long it would take, went to work and finished when he estimated he would It looks great and I'm sure it will continue to do so for many years Thanks Dreamstyle

Installers: Sean and Jason were very professional and we could not have had a better install We are exceptionally please and would definitely recommend them to anyone

I had Dream Style do my bath and shower conversion on July 27th.Both Doug and Conrad came on time and were very professional during the whole hour process First the removal of the existing shower was done in a timely manner Doug wxplained each step as they proceeded putting up the walls and final caulking I would highly recommend this pair for any future remodeling

I hired Dreamstyle Remodeling to remove an old tub and replace it with a showerParker and Jason were the installersThey did a magnificent job keeping me informed at all timesThey were courteous and respectful they were on time an totally prepared to handle the jobAnd the price was right

Shower Enclosure Remodel
I was looking for a one-stop remodeler for my bathroom project so as to avoid juggling plumbers, dry wallers and other contractorsDreamstyle Remodelers filled that needMoreover, they said that my installation would be a one day job which also appealed to meI did not want to sit around wasting time waiting for the craftsmen
The installation date turned out to be weeks from the contract signing; but I was in no hurry so that was fine
The project included new wall and floor system, valves and a shower head, and a shower doorThe price was $11,475, which I thought was high, but for the convenience of a single contractor doing the job in one day, I moved ahead
On the day of the installation, men arrived but informed me that they did not have the shower door or one of the grab barsThey proceeded with the demolition and hauled away all the old fixtures and equipmentThe demo was cleanly done, with appropriate plastic coverings on the doors and counters
They then proceeded with the new plumbing and walls which came in three piecesUnfortunately, the installer informed me that he had ruined one piece of the wall while sawingThis meant that the walls could not be completedSo at the end of the first day, my job was half done
On day two, after the delivery of a new wall section in the afternoon (and the grab bar, but not the shower), the installer arrived about 5:pm to complete the wallBut it could not be done because his “heat gun” was inoperative and the wall could not be flattenedSo he left at 5:and the job had not progressed
On day three, the installer arrived with the shower door and a new “heat gun”I think the installer was supposed to be off that day, so I appreciated that he arrived to complete the job..which he did
The final project looks fine and I am satisfied but I am disappointed that it took three days, and that with a lead time of months the components were not available on the day of installationI felt that by paying a premium price, the service should have been as promisedThe fixtures and components themselves could not have accounted for more than 25% of the price since they were mid level quality, so I essentially was paying for the timely and professional execution of the project

Everyone I have dealt with at Dreamstyle has been nice and professionalI've had my shower built out bigger than standard so I know that everything takes a little bit longerMy installer, Joseph T., did the install aloneHe had to reroute some plumbing because the original builder put it on the outside of the studs instead of in the wallHe was here all day, but he still made sure to clean up before he leftHe even asked me to check outside and make sure he cleaned up there as wellThe shower looks greatI'm just waiting on the custom doors and a shelving unit that was ordered incorrectlyIf those two items go the same way as everything else, my rating will stand

Doud, Lester and Lyle were great they got in did the project (which was a watub) They cleaned up good and made sure I knew how it worked

I got a new walk in shower installed in my bathroomThe installers, Joseph & Hunter did a great jobThey were very professional and courteousI was very pleased

Absolutely the best choice for my shower They could not have done a better jobCrew was amazing The process from start to finished was greatAll people involved were polite, friendly and very accomodating I will be making an addition to the house and this is my companyJustin Packwood, you rock!

Doug and Lester did a great job with our walk in tub installationThey personally did the tear out and install, and coordinated with electricians and plumbersAll of these people (7)were professional and were neat about their workWe needed some cement tear out done and they even kept the bathroom door closed while they did it to keep the dust from the rest of the houseTarps were put down and all of the cutting work needed was done outside on the driveway
On the sales and office side they could have done a better job in the time estimate and keeping us informed about delaysThey should know that customers can understand reasonable delays but not failures in communications

Justin P*** and assistant Jason arrived on time and were very pleasant and respectful It took most of the day (as promised) to remove the old bath tub & surrounding walls, change out the plumbing, put in new green board and finally install the new stshower, grab bars and shelves We couldn't have been more pleased
They did a wonderful job, given the small area in which they had to work, cleaned up after themselves and gave us thorough care instructions Justin's professionalism made all the difference in the world

From the initial Sales contact with David C to the finished product, Dreamstyle Remodeling was a pleasure to work withWe converted our master bathtub into a Kohler products shower with everything we wantedShane, the Intall Mgr did a great job with laying out the projectBut the best part of the job were our Installers, Josh K and Rob KThey were outstandingWe had a few items in our install that were not typical, especially creating a windowJosh and Rob collaborated and created a perfect windowCommunication was great and they even put up with our dogs who were very nosey! We cannot be more satisfied at this pointThe new shower is everything and more that we had expectedDon't hesitate to have Dreamstyle help you with your renovations! I had a bathroom shower installationMy installers were Joseph Tand (I believe) Kyle I had a really good experience with their workmanship, and their efficiencyMy shower looks beautiful and it was done in a timely mannerThe only glitch is I didn’t realize it would take almost weeks to get the glass door to complete the installationBut I am looking forward to it and know it too will be beautifulThank youSharon
