Everything was great with the installation of our shower

The work done on my shower installation was excellent The work crew went above and beyond to ensure a perfect fit and finish On the other hand, the wrong size walls were initially ordered resulting in a two week delay Also, the total work time was about hours over two daysIt seems that everything has to go perfectly to achieve the 'one-day installation' promise

This complaint is a bit confusing.  Mr. C[redacted] and Ms. G[redacted] entered into a tub to shower conversion agreement with us on Monday, August 21st, 2017.  By law, Mr. C[redacted] and Ms. G[redacted] were extended their 3 day right to rescind.  Ms. G[redacted] cancelled her agreement with us on...

Thursday, August 24th, 2017.  Upon receiving the written cancellation, we gave a courtesy call to Mr. C[redacted] and/or Ms. G[redacted] to inquire if it was something that could be easily resolved.  No one became angry and nor did or would anyone hang up on Ms. G[redacted].  After processing her credit card refund (partial payment), and as Ms. G[redacted] stated, her deposit was refunded to her by her credit card company on Monday, August 28th, 2017.  Additionally, as part of our immediate service we call to schedule a site measure for accuracy in ordering.  This was also done within 72 hours.  We didn't badger Ms. G[redacted] with excessive phone calls, we didn't withhold her deposit, and we didn't refuse the cancellation.  We want our customers to be happy at every step of our service.  We're still unclear as to why this complaint initiated.  We pride ourselves on superior customer service and in Mr. C[redacted] and Ms. G[redacted] case we haven't side stepped our customer service mission.

had to rehab an old bath tub to a step in shower to accommodate our 91 year old grandmother. Conrad and Jason did a fabulous job. I really appreciate the explanation of all the things that needed to done and the answer of all my questions. ended up needing a plumber and Ray from halo plumbing was the greatest. if I ever need plumbing work in the future I would call for him. thanks for a wonder reno. darlene thompson

Justin Packwood was very professional and courteous at all times. The new shower was a great improvement for my bathroom. The salesman was not hi-pressure (They did not call me 4-5 times a day trying to sell me something else as another company did). Taking a shower with this rain faucet is indeed a dream. I would recommend Dream Style Remodeling to anyone. The next time I need something, I will call Dream Style Remodeling and also request that Justin Packwood perform the work.

Dream Style Remodeling installers, Conrad and Jason, together did an excellent install of a full shower unit in my old bathroom tub area. Their appearance and professional attributes were excellent, as were the quality, price and service.

Your installers Doug and Joe replaced our old tub with a new shower yesterday. It was exactly what we ordered and was installed quickly and professionally.

On October 31, 2016 we had a new shower installed using the Bath Wraps method. It was a wonderful experience and the new shower looks magnificent. All of our contacts with the company were excellent and we found everyone we dealt with to be very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The two installers, Doug C[redacted] and Chad T[redacted] were superb, from being punctual, skilled and in explaining how everything worked. We could not have been any happier than what we were when the work was completed in an amazing eight hours. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I found Home Resort Living of Arizona in a flyer that had a Senior discount. I wanted to have my tub/shower removed and replaced with a shower stall only. Doug C[redacted] was my installer for my remodel. He arrived at the scheduled time and worked all day to remove my tub/shower and replace it with a new shower. I love my new shower which has enough space for two people because it is the length of my old tub. My installer explained the process during the installation and completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to remodel their old bathroom.

We recently decided to change our old shower out for a new one through DreamStyle Remodeling, and although the price was a little over what we had budgeted for, it was well worth it. They stuck to their 2-day time frame for the installation despite the surprise of a rather major plumbing issue lurking behind the existing drywall. The installers found us a plumber who rectified the problem promptly. We have nothing but top marks to report about the installers, Doug Clark and Conrad Butler. They were professional, personable, and ran a clean job site. Can't think of a single negative against them. All in all this was the easiest remodel by far of anything in our home. And we now have a beautiful, roomy master shower. Thanks, guys!
