My mother is handicapped and I needed to replace the garden tub with a shower with handrails and a seat built in The install took days and I was OK with that After about months the sealant began to pull away from the walls and seat I called every week for months and each time was given a cell phone number to call I left message after message NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! They want your money but do not want to maintain the shower I was told if someone else sealed the shower it would invalidate my lifetime warranty The warranty is worthless! I gave up and had my brother seal it since he is a professional home builder I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER!"

I would never recommend this company to anybodyThey have very poor communication, are totally unorganized and hide behind the "Corporate office" excuse at all turns I called them after receiving a flyer in the mail because I really wanted to remodel my sunroom and turn it into a functional roomThe sales guy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and pointed out every detail of what I was signing except for the small print that stated I had business days to cancel my contractWhen the next guy called me to schedule the photographs, I expressed my distress about signing such an expensive contract and he told me about the cancellation policy I immediately emailed my sales guy, but I was days too late and when I communicated to the sales mgr, he called "Corporate" and they basically said, Too bad...I could not cancel my contractI begged and pleaded and they stuck to their stubborn gunsI felt stuck and now unhappy with this company that I would be forced to concede my initial 10K deposit or give them another 22K to finish the projectThey offered me more stuff instead of what I really wanted and even coerced me into signing something that said when all was said and done, I could not complain on social media or registrar of contractors It was not until the City of Phoenix saved me by denying their original drawings per our contract and even then, they were planning to trying to get the city to change their minds now that they had money invested into the projectThey should have just done the decent thing and let me out of my contract in the first placeKarma prevailed, but I just wanted to warn others about doing business with this most unscrupoulus company I finally got my deposit back after they had no choice...this is months after my original meeting with the sales guy

The workmanship was excellentThey were on time and efficient and very friendly ro work with and helpful in explaining what they had to doI think Lester, Justin and Dana should be proud of the job they did my new shower is just awesome

Doug and his helper were just fantastic! They completed bathrooms (show and tub) in days They cleaned up after themselves each day so there was nothing for me to do after they left The tub and shower look great and they turned out better than I could ever hope for Thank you Doug and I'm sorry, I don't remember your helper's name Both were very polite and respectful and answered all my questions as they went along

Our experience with Dream Style Remodeling has being more than spectacularwe signed our contract on June 27, and was told that it would be to weeks before the project would startfinancing was all approved and arranged with months before our first payment is due and the loan was set up interest free for years and the loan to be paid off in the three year periodWe was also told that the project would all be done in one dayto our surprise working days later after we signed the contract our project is completed and we are so delighted with the workmanshipLester Smith and Robert Kemp were two professional young men that explained two us all that was going on as the project moved on, They were constantly explaining each step of the way as they were workingthey arrived at am in the morning and left at 5:pm with the project completed to our satisfactionthey also explained to us how the new system operates and also explained how to clean our new bathroomPersonally I would highly recommend Dream Style Remodeling to anyonevery professional organization
