Company has disappointed me several times People do not get back to me when I have a problem Once it was days wait Project Manager (and Sales Rep) actually measured wrong This caused a week delay once the materials came in to begin with! Once things were reordered, it was another weeks Good that you don't have to make your first loan installment for months! However, our installers - Joseph T and Will H were fantastic! Joseph was very knowledgeable and advised me with professionalism Would recommend these two gentlemen, no so sure about Dreamstyle Remodeling Sorry, but that is how I feel

Had Dreamstyle Remodeling install washowers in the Hall and Master BathParker and Jason were the installersWithout a doubt the work they performed is Outstanding! Extremely pleased wih the outcome of both installationsWould highly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling and request Parker and Jason - you won't regret it

I am very happy with the service I received from Dreamstyle Remodeling of Southern Phoenix In particular the two gentlemen (Dana G*** and Justin A***) who converted my tub/shower to a walk in shower on December 10, They were both very professional, courteous and competent They arrived on time at 8:00am, put down a plastic barrier to protect my floors and cleaned up after completion of the job In addition they kept me informed on the progress of the job though out the dayThey also included me on the decision of where to place the grab bars and locker/shelf They stayed until the job was finished around 6:00pm The finished project looks great!!! My parents who live with me can hardly wait to use the completed shower I highly recommend Dreamstyle and in particular Dana and JustinThanks againPam N

Whoever reads this review about this Company; run do not call them We had our bathroom shower done in a "wrap", with a day promise of completion Yet months later it was completed The owners and office staff would not return calls, or lied about coming out and never showing up I took days off work with no staff coming to finish this job The owners are rude and ignorant about what is happening on job sites and could not care less about their customers I have never dealt with such a company before I am planning on submitting a complaint The only "bright" spot in this mess was the shower installer, Shawn Fox, he went completely out of his way to make sure that the job was completed; coming out numerous times to finish itThis was due to lack of communications between the owners and other subcontractors for the job

Our installers (Eddie, David and Chris) were excellent They put in the extra effort to get the job done, on time, and did beautiful work

Installed a Kohler Choreograph Shower SystemTotal installation took only about hours including removal of year-old existing one-piece acrylic showerDoug really knows his stuffHe's very professional and personableLester and Josh, who assisted him, were very capablestars without a doubt

Shower was replaced and had issues Contacted dreamstyle remodeling and they cam out and replace the entire shower Could not be happier

From the initial consultation to the finished product, Dreamstyle was fantastic to work with We converted our bathtub into a shower with all the bells and whistles, and the selection of everything for the new shower was very easy to decide upon as to what we wanted Follow up with us was great, and the installers, Lester *** and Justin, were outstanding Lester was the primary installer, and he did a tremendous job He communicated with me throughout the installation, and Justin was there to assist Lester with the job I cannot be more satisfied at this point The new shower is everything and more that I had expected Don't hesitate to have Dreamstyle help you with your renovations! I'll be contacting them when I decide to upgrade my shower in the master bedroom! Thanks so much Dreamstyle, and especially Lester!

Nothing but good things to say about dreamstyle remodeling I had them install their "bathwraps" productThe salesman, David, was very pleasant, not at all pushy he helped us pick out what we neededAnother technician, Noah, came and double checked the measurements before ordering the product he was also nice to deal with The final step was the install (supposed to take one day) The installers, Joseph and Hunter arrived at 8am and were finished by 5pmThey were polite and considerate, did a fabulous job,and did a good job of cleaning up after they were done

My experience with Home Resort Living was absolutely fabulous, from the young lady in the office, very friendly, yet professional, Tim S***, sales representative, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, to the amazing installers Shaun and Jason, these gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what the installation should have beenWhile they were preparing the floor area for the installation of a shower pan, they discovered that the floor had sunk approximately one inch, due to someone having cut a joistShaun told me about it immediately and indicated that he would be able to replace the joist by cutting out a large area of the floor, put in a new joist, then install the shower panThis unforeseen problem took them about an 1/hours extra, they had arrived at my home at 8:30AM and did not leave until the work had been completed to their professional satisfaction at 7:30PM They could not have been more professional and accommodating!!! I am a very fussy, perfectionist and these men and this company are fussy, perfectionist as wellI would highly recommend this company and these men for anyone, who is considering a new tub or shower stall, you will not be disappointed, you will very impressed by the quality workmanship and professionalism!!!!

The end results were great Eddie and his crew were easy to work with Had two showers installed The complaints were: eight months from start to finish We were warned that it would take awhile! The floor pan broke when installing, ordered two more and they were broken in shipping The last pan arrived and was installed The main shower looks wonderful, as does the guest bath
