in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This matter was handled poorly by the institution. After I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com, the customer service department at PNC bank requested to close my account. When it was closed, I was not informed. I went into a branch, and was told that they did not know the reason why my account was closed and would have to contact customer service to find a reason. I do not appreciate how this matter was handled. There was still no explanation as to why PNC closed my account. I was informed by a banker that my account had to be negative for 30 days before my account could be closed, and it was not negative for 30+ days. Therefore, PNC did not follow their own rules and regulations, as with the overdraft fees that were applied to my account. I would need to see in writing, PNC's terms and condition with overdraft fees, NSF fees, and account closing protocols related to this matter. My payroll, and child support checks are directly deposited into that account. Now I have to wait until PNC mails a check before I can receive my funds, which is causing conflict with my bills, food for my son and myself, transportation to and from work, as well as thing I need done daily. I also would like to file a complaint for the refund of the 52 overdraft charges that was applied to my account in the about of $36 each, totaling $1,872. This is completely unacceptable, and I have seemed legal action with this matter.

Here is my response to their letter.Dear Che J[redacted]In response to your letter dated 11/25/2015Started this process on or before July 27, 2015 with Guy M[redacted]  I have email to prove this date. Their were previous phone calls before this date also.Spring House expenseI did send PNC an appraisal that didn't have any problem with the spring house.  It was emailed to Guy M[redacted] which I have a copy of the email.  The loan proceeded to the next step because of the appraisal I emailed to PNC Bank. Guy M[redacted] also said my PMI would be significantly lower and it was exactly the same. I also have that in an email from Guy M[redacted].By the way Guy M[redacted] is no longer with them.  He left PNC Bank after one and a half months. That is the reason my loan took 3 months to try and close.Appraisal FeeYou didn't send me a copy of the appraisal until after I filed numerous complaints with you. I also have those in emails to PNC CEO and Elizabeth M[redacted]Rate Change reimbursementThe reimbursement rate was requested because I will have to go to another bank to get my refinance because you could not complete it in a timely manner and get me a copy of it before signing.  PNC sent numerous paper work that was wrong.  They sent more then 30 pages of paper work with at least 1 error or more per page.   The best we got had 6 errors on it.  I requested to see a copy of the paperwork at least 24 hours in advance and didn't even have it 4 hours in advanced when I asked them to reschedule they told me it would cost me over $600 to put it off for the next day.  I think I should have a right to read the paperwork before signing.Additional problemsPNC also messed up my home insurance with Nationwide and never fixed it. They set it up to have payments taken out before the process was complete.  Good thing [redacted] mailed me that there was a change and I immediately called to have them change this back.  Isn't that illegal?Didn't you read all the emails that were sent back and forth. It sure doesn't sound like it.Why are the not handling the case in Ohio?  That seems very odd?  Are you trying to hide problems.  I live in Ohio.Is this why there are no complaints about PNC in [redacted], Ohio?Sincerely,          [redacted]

I believe PNC has had more then enough time to resolve this matter on their own.  on 10-27-15 I told them I didn't want to proceed and pay more...

money.   I emailed the CEO on 11-1-15 and I also emailed Elizabeth on 11-6-15 to pass it up to her boss.   Today is 11-18-15 I have not heard one word from PNC.  No one called to tell me they wanted to help me or resolve this matter.  Or even said let me check into this and I will get back with you.      Thank you,                  [redacted]

and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I appreciate PNC mailing their communication to me in writing, and certainly feel better that the company PNC hired to come to our home 1) will no longer be demanding entry inside our home, and 2) no longer confront me and my husband personally. Thanks to all for your assistance with this matter.

January 14, 2016 I did speak with Lauren R[redacted] on January 4, 2015. My complaint was not answered. Ms. R[redacted] once again only...

justify the banking creating banking practice. I wasn’t able to get her to understand that the internet online banking shows one thing, then once the nightly batch runs it does something different. As a customer and how would you know how the bank would handle transactions? Ms. R[redacted] returned 1 NSF fee of $36 to my account. But that does not reflect the embarrassing fact that the checks are being returned to the merchant and causing more fees for the customer of PNC. No checks and balance to see if the accounts have a positive balance before returning the transactions as I have been shared from the local branches and customer service online bank reps. Most of the transactions that I have issues with his during the same dates as my electronic direct deposits. Also why my accounts is unable to OPT into the overdraft coverage service. I was on hold with Ms. R[redacted] for 45 minutes as she researched the issue. She explained that Chex systems is another systems is used to approve for overdraft coverage. But I later found out that that isn’t true. I can select overdraft service online banking no response about being approved or not. I was told they type of account that I have is not approved to have overdraft coverage.  The message reads Overdraft Protection is free to set-up for consumer accounts; however fees may be incurred with the use of Overdraft Protection. Refer to the Consumer Schedule of Service Charges and Fees for more information. An Overdraft Protection set-up fee may apply to some business accounts. Refer to the Business Checking Accounts and Related Charges Brochure for more information. Some accounts are not eligible to be linked as overdraft protection based on titling, product requirements or system constraints. My account allows me to edit then returns message Your Overdraft Protection settings for Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend XXXXXXXXXX have been submitted Changes to Overdraft Protection will become effective no later than the next business day.
