of the offer I reviewed appear below.The stop payment fees that were charged to my employer for requesting stop payment of our paychecks have not been paid. Attached is the letter from PNC stating they would pay for such fees and the printout from my employers account showing the fees paid when initiating stop payment.

[redacted]PNC Bank has done nothing, they are a waste of my time as they continue to create service requests that never get completed, the problem was a double payment was sent and clearly marked that the extra portion of payment was to go to principal amount, instead they credited the full amount on principal and then said I did not make payment and then rejected any charges on my credit card and started calling home and work with collection calls!!!!!!....seems like a simple problem to correct, but 3 visits to branch offices and many phone calls later have not corrected this simple problem, I am not sure what happened to this company, as I completed a Home Equity loan once before and had no problems, please take my advice from a customer and do not deal with this incompetent bank.  Regretfully,[redacted]

PNC Bank, N.A. processed [redacted]’s request to have the payment received in April 2018 to be applied as a regular payment and not as a principle only payment. PNC considers this matter addressed.

A response letter was mailed to the customer on the 18th which addresses his concerns
