Revdex.com Holiday Drive #Pittsburg PA 15220RE; Complaint ID # [redacted] Dear Revdex.com -In response to your letter to us dated October and the resolution we are seeking: In February we contacted PNC in regards to a mortgage which PNC is the lienholder and advised PNC that due to [redacted] 2-year unemployment, we sought assistance from PNC in making mortgage payments.After seven (7) months of providing PNC the same information multiple times, PNC advised they are unable to provide assistance due to two (2) conditions that PNC was aware of in February 2015:The property is non-owner-occupied (this was established in February and repeated many times)There is inadequate Loan-to-value (LTV), i.e., the home's market value -vs- mortgage balance (yet, consider that PNC is willing to escalate the matter into foreclosure at the current LTV, at the prevailing interest rate which, if lowered, allows for payment to resume)PNC was fully aware of these two situations in February yet continued to delay, request the same information repeatedly, harass (multiple collection calls in a 24-hur period), threaten and demonstrate an unwillingness to intelligently discuss or arrive at an arrangement beneficial for all parties.The resolutions I am seeking:Explain how/why it took seven (7) months to arrive at conclusion to deny assistance based on reasons that PNC was fully aware of in February Explain why a simple reduction in the interest rate is not a reasonable solution that would benefit all parties involved (lender, owner, and tenant)Explain themselves in simple, easy-to-understand, layman's English.Respectfully, [redacted] Federal Reserve Consumer Help PO Box Minneapolis, MN Revdex.com of Dayton / Miami Valley WFourth Street, SteDayton, OH 45402- Chief Operations Officer PNC Bank Canada Branch [redacted] *** [redacted] Las Vegas, NV

I did get a respond from PNCHowever, the matter hasn’t been resolvedA lady called a few times to see if Mony Network had did anything on my behalfShe did tell me she was closingbtj case with Revdex.com but would keep an open case with PNCToday is May 21, and Istill haven’t received my $PNC isn’t moving nor is Money New work sending them a dispute because they feel like it’s on PNC due to He fact that the transaction wasn’t completed and The PNC ATM didn’t properly disperse my money back out of the machine and stopped workingPNCcis saying they understand the machine malfunction but need Money Network to send a Dispute first in order to give me back my $I’m not sure if I should be filling a complaint against Money Network for not cooperating with PNC!!! I don’t understand why it has taken so long to handle this issuePNC has spoken with many Supervisor which has verbally given them them information they need but still will not move forward with the disputeI understand there are procedures that should be followed but I need to know what she NEXT STEP when the procedure you have in place failsIt’s almost June 1, and O feel like I haven’t gotten anywhere with receiving my money backI am concerned and overwhelmedHowever, I still need my $

First of all, I already mentioned this problem to the business and 6/other staffs from Pnc and no one has been able to resolve this issueOn your response, you just said the same check has been previously cashed which is falseI have proof that I did online deposit first and deposited my money weeks before the same check was cashed not by me but by a fraud person with my moneyI have already mentioned this more than times to the company and yet you are now saying check was previously cashedThis is not even about the over draft but I do thank you for mentioning about the overdraft as wellSince my money from my account was taken out by you guys without my knowledge I didn’t have enough money to begin with which led me to overdraftSo do not say that was a courtesyThat was my hard worked money that you guys lost and are trying to blame other banks and twist wordsI was able to use my money from my account within that two week period and it was available in my account SO How is it possible for you to say that the credit is dependent on receiving final paymentAnd I know concept of overdraft fees and that is not my concern right nowMy concern is you all have not yet found my moneyYou tell your customers to do your job for you when you’re suppose to be looking for my moneyI will never recommend PNC to anyone everWorse service everI don’t want to have any relations with other banks because of PNC bank
