Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my
complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The only response that I have received from PNC was several voice mails asking me to call them to discuss the matter further. I believe I was fairly straight forward with the resolution from PNC requested - because of the poor customer service I received from PNC after opening my two accounts (weeks to get checks and ATM cards, and then only after complaining to a Regional Manager), I wanted to close the two accounts that I had opened without being penalized and being charged a $fee by PNC for an "early account closing." If the customer service that PNC had provided would have been anything but substandard, I would not want to close these accounts. As a customer, I don't appreciate being "held hostage" by PNC when they don't fulfill their very basic responsibilities. Again, until PNC waives the $early account closing fee, this issue is not in any way, shape, or form resolved. A simple call from PNC stating that they are waiving this fee will be the only acceptable resolution to this issue. Regards,*** ***
