I don't understand why PNC is saying they resolved my issue on May 17,I called PNC and Stephanie stated that they were watching on the merchant to respond to there request but she didn't confirm the credit was a permanent credit so until we have clarity from PNC this issues isn't resolved

I have reviewed the
response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I returned the call and email which is different to "no response"; Referred to my estate attorney as well who visited a PNC branch in person in NJ, was asked for yet another set of paperwork and come back again. I live in CA and my estate attorney is beinfo forced to visit branches in NJ. All paperwork (executor appointment, death certificate, and others originally shared with me by PNC) was submitted over a year ago to the exact address provided by PNC. This is a complete waste of time and money. By the time this is resolved, I will have paid more in legal fees and lost time than the account is worth
