This is my second Revdex.com complaint for an ongoing issue with PNC bankIn late summer of I was advised by PNC that they could deposit a Canadian check written to meI sent PNC the checkIt
took almost months for it to show up in my accountRandomly, after it showed up in my accountThe money was withdrawn from my account by PNC without any alert to me that this would happenThey also deposited the money in Canadian funds and then withdrew the money in American funds basically taking my own out of my accountAfter many phone calls being told they were working on this ( a week had gone by with no resolution) I wrote a complaint to Revdex.comThis led to a phone call by someone higher up who seemingly resolved the issue and the money was returned to my accountNow, months later, I check my account and the money (7500) is once again withdrawn from my account , randomly, without any alert from PNC this was going to happen or explanation whyI thought the matter was resolved after the previous complaint and conversation with someone from the executive branchMy mortgage is due and I needed this Again, the check was sent for deposit LATE IN THE SUMMER OF And this is the third time PNC has gone through withdrawing money from my account without any warning or explanationI tried calling the contact from the previous complaint to Revdex.com and she is not available until next weekTo make it worse, the forwarding contact of dialing does not work on the voice mailReplacement of money back to my account

I checked my bank account this afternoon to see that a "reverse loan payment" of $was posted to my savings accountKim C*** called me a short while later to say that this amount is the total of all offsets taken from my savings from all of plus the one offset that was taken out in February of The most recent statements for all accounts on my virtual wallet have only my name on them
