PNC's boiler plate response does not resolve this complaint I have spoken to them many times, and the SCAM advertisements offering credit cards, discounts on credit card fees, home mortgages, et al continues to this day I am getting these SCAM offers by USPS mail and by email Unsubscribing to their SCAM emails does not always work PNC should be investigated by the responsible federal department.

PNC has yet to resolve this matter on their end I have reached out to them several times with no results Since then, I have cancelled my account with PNC and still receive message from PNC asking me for my opinion on how well they are doing and still receive statements from them indicating my account as not been offically closed I went into the *** Drive PNC and closed both my checking and savings account I have not received anything from PNC regarding this matter as stated in the complaint from PNC It stated they sent me something in writing on 11/17/and feel this issue has been resolved I have had no communication from PNC regarding this matter since filing this complaint This is unacceptable and again another lie on PNC parts in dealing with the issue This issue is NOT resolved
