I checked my bank account this afternoon to see that a "reverse loan payment" of $was posted to my savings accountKim C*** called me a short while later to say that this amount is the total of all offsets taken from my savings from all of plus the one offset that was taken out in February of The most recent statements for all accounts on my virtual wallet have only my name on them

On 6/20/16, I spoke with Megan J*** (Executive Client Relations) P.N.CBankShe indicated that the amount of $they deducted from my credit card balance due to the dispute was going to be finalAccording to a letter I received from P.N.C dispute department indicates on 6/09/2016, they issued a temporary credit and once the investigation is completed, I will be notified of their decisionThis is the only letter I recieved in reference to this disputeTherefore, I am not satisfied with their decisionThanks *** ***

I called PNC today at 2:PM and spoke to Kim C***I told her that I was to offer confirmation that my mother never made any withdrawals on the account after she signed the signature card by another representativeC*** told me that this was not the case and that she (C***) had to do extra research to establish this factUpon establishment C*** told me that she would submit the request for reimbursement for all pre-authorized debits taken as offset for my mother's line of credit today and that I would receive my refund of $into my savings account one week from today at maximumThis credit should appear in my Virtual Wallet and I should receive a phone call from her when the request is completed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference,
details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was contacted by a representative, I paid an amount they paid out on my behalf. All fees were reversed and I was ensured this morning that the account was finally closed. However, I was told they would reimburse the fees charged to me each time the payment was returned. I have not yet received that payment. The issue is not resolved until that payment is received.

PNC is a company that received bailout money of $billion dollars back in *** and still has a $Million open balance (as of 10-21-2015) I have lived with my student loans in collections for over a year now, paying on time for months straight However when I ask them to start servicing a loan that they placed in collection, and remove it from collections, they denied my request After visiting with them twice, they stated IF it was a Federal Student Loan that they could fulfill my request I just want to get my credit score down to a point where I can buy a house, and having a $5,loan in collections doesn't help me whatsoever.So let me get this figured out logically, this huge bank that received $billion dollars from our Federal Government, and still has an outstanding balance of $Million has the nerve to tell me that IF THEY need bailed out then everything is business as usual However, my request isn't to be bailed out but simply take the loan back and get it out of collections I wasn't asking to be bailed out because I want to pay the money back that I owe I will finish paying off my loan in collections, and will never do business with PNC bank again I pray that PNC Bank pays back the money that they owe to the Federal Government too, because if they are denying a logical request from a customer then I hope they are a better customer to the Government that bailed them out, than they have been to me God Bless the USA
