May 14, 2018*** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Re: Revdex.com - Reference Number ***Dear Ms***:This is in response to your complaint filed on April 9, 2018, with the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Virtual Wallet which consists of your Spend account ending in XXXX, Reserve account ending in XXXX and Growth account ending in XXXX (“Virtual Wallet”)Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on April 10, 2018, regarding your complaintI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaint, you indicated that your Virtual Wallet was previously coded as a student account but you believe that code has been removedYou further indicated that you were advised that you would need to provide student identification in order to have the student waiver applied to your Virtual Wallet but you did not have a student IDYou have requested that PNC accept a copy of your college registration/schedule in order for the student waiver to be applied.PNC has reviewed our records and confirmed that your Virtual Wallet was opened on July 3, 2009, and was not previously coded as a student accountAt the time you opened the Virtual Wallet until June 17, 2017, you were able to avoid the $XX monthly service fee assessed to the spend account by taking advantage of the self-service waiverThe self-service benefit to avoid the monthly service charges was considered met if you used only ATM's, online banking or mobile banking to make withdrawals and deposits throughout the monthly statement cyclePlease be aware that as of June 18, 2017, the aforementioned self-service waiver is no longer applicable to PNC's standard Virtual Wallet accounts as disclosed in the statement messages you would have received.Our records confirm that we spoke with you on July 5, 2017, in response to a previous complaint filed with the Revdex.com for the same reason, and you indicated you would provide us with evidence of your enrollment as a student so that the student code could be appliedOur records confirm that when we did not receive the documentation from you, we attempted to contact you by telephone on July and 21, 2017, but were unsuccessful in reaching you.Upon receipt of a copy of your class enrollment at Wilmington University, the student code was applied to your Virtual Wallet on April 11, This waiver will remain on your Virtual Wallet for the next six (6) years to avoid the $XX monthly service fee that would be assessed to the Spend AccountAt the end of the six year period, your Virtual Wallet will be subject to the features and fees as described in the Virtual Wallet Features and Fees in effect at that timeI have enclosed a Student Account benefit sheet for your reference.It is PNC's practice to refund fees that are assessed as a result of a bank errorHowever, on April 11, 2018, one (1) $XX monthly service charge that was appropriately assessed on March 27, 2018, was refunded to your Account as a courtesyFuture refunds may not be granted unless the fees were assessed as a result of a bank error.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC's position in this matterIf you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this issue, please contact me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX, extension XXX-XXX-XXXX, Monday through Friday, 8:AM-5:PM, EST.Sincerely,xxxx xxxxxXXXX XXXXX Executive Client RelationsEnclosurePNC Reference Number XXXXXXXXXXXX

To Whom It May Concern:All I wish to accomplish is for PNC Mortgage to internally use my escrow account surplus to pay my mortgage that in arrears March/April or April/May depending on time-line resolution has been reached by Revdex.com My next Social Security check is April 27th I use my
Social Security check to make my mortgage payment Again, Social Security is my only source of income I am and do not have a job or any disposable income.Thank you for your attention.*** * ***

PNC sent me a letter saying they would look into this issue but would require up to days for a responseI have not heard anything sinceAnd this letter was from the same representative who was suppose to help resolve the issue when I originally had it and never didThe letter was sent to me in November and I have not received or heard from themthis month.

*** ***I accept there response at this time Should I find that PNC has charged to me any cost regarding insurance coverage for supposed lapse in coverage, I will again file a complaint to address this matter PNC lack of response and effective communication regarding this matter was in my oppion PNC fault and poor customer service from the onset
