In regards to my initial complaint, I now elect to make a new one against the “Corporate Representative” that contacted me about my bank accountHer name is Kennady J***
***Honestly, I would have rather you not contacted me at all than to have someone who doesn’t care about a single customer’s well-being and “getting this file squared away”She was incompetent as to the initial complaint and the expectations I had of PNCListed below, again, is the initial complaint, just in case anyone wants to brief themselves on it for more than seconds: I have had a “second chance” (Foundation Checking) account since December of (months and going)I know the rules state that the account is only up for review after certain periods of time and limits on using and withdrawing your own money are very low ($daily)On 04/25/2018, I desperately needed to pay a traffic ticket online in order to avoid a possible “Failure to Appear” charge, and setting off a NASTY chain of eventsThe ticket was $and I called PNC to see if they would be willing to by-pass the system this one, single time, and the answer I got, after approximately minutes on the phone, was noThus setting off those chain of events because I could not find an adequate way to pay this fine, despite having nearly $1,in the account.Either PNC can upgrade my bank account (or create a new one, whatever it takes) to a standard, Virtual Wallet Checking Account, or I can withdraw the $that I have in there, and stop the pending weekly direct deposits of $and up, and shut the account downI am not “accepting” a cashier’s check/prepaid card, it is one of two choicesI have been LOYAL to this bank, and I despise having to go through all of this effort for someone to merely click a couple of buttons and open a new accountPLEASE, if you contact me, do not give me the explanation of a Foundation Checking Account or the month wait (of which I have already kept the account positive for)I have been given that same spiel one to many times quite franklyI just want a straight answer as to whether or not my money needs to flow through another institution with higher quality customer service and products

Thank you for your excellent help which ended in a quick response, and very satisfactory credit to my account, which had been long overdue, from PNC

PNC gave me terrible excuses as to why they couldn’t fix this

I believe that PNC has intentionally structured debits so that my account is in negative statusI am requested a refund in the amount of the full overdraft charges $If that is not a possibility, I would like a refund of the last three overdraft charges in the amount of $since these charges
caused my rent check to be returned

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was assured that I will receive a check in the mail for the late fees I was charged.
