My account was changed from a student account to a regular account last year, was in touch with MsStephanie B*** from the complaint
department that stated I need to provide verification that I am a studentI told MsB*** that I did not have a student ID but I can provide her with a student scheduleI forgot about the ordeal and now I am trying to get my account back into the student statusI contacted customer service via the PNC website, and I also called my local PNCAll of representatives are stating that I have to provide a student ID to get the student statusThis is ridiculous and crazy because my work schedule does not allow for me to get the campus in time to even get an IDI have a student schedule to verify that I am a student! That should be acceptable especially since Stephanie B*** was going to use it before.....TranslateUse what I have, the demand is unreasonable for me to get an ID when I am not able to!

I am rejecting this response because of the following reasonsWhen K.C. assistant V.Pof PNC's Executive Client Relations, first contacted me by phone on Wednesday, 2/24/we spoke about my complaint and I explained to her in detail why I had submitted this Revdex.com complaintShe told me she would look into getting my issue resolved and would contact me back in week which would have been on Wednesday, 3/2/On Wednesday, 3/I NEVER got a call or email back from K.Cas promisedI then tried reaching out to her several times leaving messages for her to call me backAfter never hearing back from her as promised and receiving a email message on 3/24/from the Revdex.com that PNC Bank failed to respond to the Revdex.com regarding my complaint I had filedI became furious and starting social media campaigns on *** and *** against PNC, making sure to let all my friends and followers know about the horrible customer service I had received from PNC BankAnd how they treat and value their small business customersAfter putting PNC on social media blast for several days I finally got a phone call back from K.C. assistant V.Pof PNC's Executive Client Relations OVER ALMOST ONE MONTH LATER! I find it completely ridiculous that a large bank like this has no problem *** over their customers and providing them with such shoty customer serviceI might have accepted the response by PNC to my Revdex.com complaint if K.Cwould have called me back has she promised in one week, not a month later. I will be now taking my complaint against PNC bank to the State of ***s Attorney General Office to file a complaint against them regarding this matterAnd will make sure to continue my social media campaign's against PNC bank.Regards,

I received a voice message from "Kim C***" from PNC along with her phone number to discuss the complaint I returned her call and left a voicemail message this morning at 11:a.m We have not spoken and no resolution has been provided much less offered or discussed
