*** *** ** ***RE: Revdex.com - Case Number ***Dear Ms***:This is in response to your complaint filed on January 29, 2018, with the Revdex.com regarding your Spend account ending in XXXX (the “Account”) which is part of your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Virtual WalletI attempted to contact you by telephone and e-mail on January 30, 2018, but was unsuccessful in reaching youI appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.In your complaint, you stated that there are multiple unaccounted for charges on your AccountYou further stated that you received a legitimate check but PNC did not process itYou requested that PNC refund the $XX.XX service charge and contact Unilever in order to resolve and process the check in the amount of $XX.XX.Pursuant to PNC's Virtual Wallet Fine Print (the “Account Agreement”), which was provided to you at Account opening, in the section titled Collecting your deposits, when you make a non-cash deposit, we post it to your account, but this credit is dependent on receiving final paymentIf you make a deposit that will not be paid - for example, if you deposit a bad check or we don't receive final payment for electronically deposited funds - we will withdraw this amount from your account plus any interest you've earnedWe will also charge you a fee for reversing the money from your account (this is called returning a deposit)If this causes your account to be overdrawn, you must also pay the amount of the overdraft immediately, as well as the overdraft chargesThe Account Agreement is enclosed for your reference.PNC has reviewed your concerns and determined that PNC followed procedure in the handling of your AccountOur records indicate that on January 22, 2018, you deposited three checks, each in the amount of $X: one (1) identified with check number XXXXXXXXXX, and two (2) identified with the same check number of XXXXXXXXXX to your AccountOn January 25, 2018, the Account was debited in the amount of $XX.XX because check number XXXXXXXXXX was returned to PNC as Refer To MakerOn January 26, 2018, the Account was appropriately assessed one (1) $XX.XX Return of Deposit item fee.Additionally, on February 13, 2018, a debit in the amount of $XX.XX was processed on your Account as PNC was notified by Citibank that check XXXXXXXXXX had been processed twice for paymentAs a check can only be negotiated one (1) time, PNC debited the funds from the Account.It is PNC's practice to refund any fee assessed as the result of a bank error, which did not occur in this instanceHowever, PNC is sympathetic to your concernsAs a courtesy, PNC refunded one (1) $XX.XX Return of Deposit item fee to your Account on February 26, Additionally, PNC refunded fourteen (14) $X.XX continuous overdraft fees, totaling $XX.XX, as a result of the February 13, debit in the amount of $XX.XXFuture refunds may not be granted unless the fees are the result of a bank error.PNC respectfully suggests that you follow up with the maker(s) of the checks in order to reach any additional resolution.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC's position in this matterIf you have any further questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX, extension XXX-XXX-XXXXI am available Monday through Friday from 8:am to 5:pm, Eastern Standard Time.Sincerely,XXXXXXXX XXXXXPNC Executive Client RelationsEnclosurePNC Reference Number XXXXXXXXXXXX

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A PNC Representative attempted to contact me regarding the issues at hand. I was then hung up on me while answering the call. I called the representative back immediately and the call went straight to voice mail. This representative did this three additional times; making this situation even more unbearable. PNC IS IN THE BUSINESS OF FRAUDULENTLY AND EXCESSIVELY TAKING MONEY THROUGH OVER DRAFT FEES FROM THE CUSTOMERS THAT SUPPORT THE BUSINESS. PNC HAS NO HUMAN VALUE AND RELIES UPON A COMPUTER GENERATED SYTEM TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES- OFTEN STATING THAT THE ERROR IS NOT A BANKING MISTAKE. THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE AWARE THAT PNC’S BUSINESS PRACTICES WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR FINANCES AND THAT THEY SHOULD DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE- AS TO AVOID COSTLY SITUATIONS OF FRAUD.Regards,*** ***
