While the bank refunded the service charge, I was forced to close the account at the branch level to avoid further charges to the account in the futureI still think the bank is a bunch of thieves and will avoid doing any business with them in the futureIt does not appear the bank has changed any of their policies to avoid a situation like this in the future with any other customers
