Clarification- As a resolution I am looking to get my money back that was fraudulently taken in the amount of $I want my money back as soon as possible! We should not have to get the run around and wait business days to get OUR money back when we have bills to pay!

I want /this email to be apart of my complaint never once did they respond to my emails advising them I do not work banking hours when they can reach meThey never contacted my husband the joint ownerPlus where are the documents I signed requsting the chat history of what I was told there is no balance requirement for this accountI am also getting harassing phone calls at work from one there branch representative who I advised if they cost me my job while contacting me while working I will file another complaint I was told she would not contact me but she called me again the following week at workI have these calls saved as well. As for MsJ*** saying this matter is resolved she is delusionalShe refunded the fee but what she is going to do when the balance dropsNot happy with there lack of customer serviceCurrently looking for a better companySincerely*** ***
