Honda of Superstition Springs Reviews (124)

I purchased a Pathfinder from Honda of Superstition Springs also purchasing extended warranty at the end of I traded it in and was due a refund on extended warranty of $and some change I went into locationProvided All the paperwork waited two and a half months just to find out the gentleman never filed for my refund I have been hung up on transferred to voice mail it's been weeks and still have not got a return phone call from the supervisor of the finance department I should not have to wait another three months for my refund and they act like I'm bothering them to get this expedited

We purchased a new car, and was sold an extended warranty, and paint protection We asked numerous times at the time of purchase for it to be removed and was told that it had stay on the purchase, in addition, the extended warranty that we were sold was sold to us that it would cover anything that would accidentally happen to the vehicleThe finance man told us specifically that "the vehicle has a lot of electronics in it and if your son were to accidentally spill water on the navigation system that it would be covered" or anything that were not due to manufacturer defect So we purchased it Needless to say at five months old the air conditioner went out on the car, with only 5k miles on it Took it to the dealership, and a few hours later we were called and told us that a pebble hit the coil and punctured the coil, and it was a known issue with Honda, and that it was not covered by manufacturer warranty, and it was going to be $ I let the service man know that we had and e

The financial department added an extra warranty on my civic I purchasedAfter I realized they charged me dollars I went back in and filled out a cancellation for and was told I would receive a credit on my loan for dollars in six to weeksI then waited 6-weeks and nothing, so I went back in on feb of and they had no record so once again I filled out a form and signed for to weeks for them to credit my loan accountIt is now may of and nothing was credited backThey also do not call back when messages are leftAt this point I am ready to take court action as they are postponing my refinance because the credit has not shown which is cause me to pay twice the amount of interest on my car

The police report is still showing the vehicle airbags as being PREVIOUSLY DEPLOYED, and the vehicle towed away from the accidentThis is a serious safety concern, especially if Honda's ''point inspection'' process is UNABLE to determine or show if airbags were previously deployed, or the structure of the car was compromised and a car is being sold as if notTo this point, pre-certified Honda cars from this dealership are being sold with the possibility of airbags being previously deployed, putting MANY drivers seriously at risk of their safety without them knowing.Awaiting your response to this

In light of maintaining a culture of customer satisfaction and to ease any miscommunication we will agree to give a $refund for the repair done to your vehicleThat being said, we must be clear that the damage to your vehicle was caused by an act of nature and is completely beyond the
dealerships control or Honda's controlThis type of mechanical failure is something that at no time would be covered by any type of warrantyWe will also be happy to cancel the paint protection package mentioned though the original selling price was for $495.00, not $600.00. If there are any further questions or concerns please contact Mike R*** at ***Sincerely,Mike

I believe this dealership gave me a Spot Delivery of a vehicle lease/purchase

To whom it may concern, Dispute Resolution: As a company we have made every effort to take care of the "ACTUAL"
purchaser of the vehicle in question In fact, the complaint that we are
responding to was created by Sherri CRoss whom our company has never sold a
vehicle toThe dealership never heard from her until the vehicle was no longer needed
by her brother. We have offered Jim *** (the actual owner of the car)
to pay substantially more for the vehicle than it is worth in a good will
effort to assist with his situation that he and his Mother knowingly created
We have
made phone calls to Mr*** the owner of the car so that we can try
and help but receive no responseDetailed below is an outline of what Honda of Superstition Springs is willing to do for Mr*** at this time:Honda of Superstition Springs is willing to pay off the vehicle that is registered to Jim *** if he would like us toIn this case Honda of Superstition Springs would own the vehicleMr*** would have to return the vehicle to the dealership in the same condition as it was when reviewed three weeks agoTo our Knowledge, and based upon the MVR, Mr*** is the owner of the vehicle and he would have to agree to these termsHonda of Superstition Springs makes this offer as a one time, good will gesture without admission of guiltThe registered owner of the vehicle "Jim ***" will have two weeks from the date of this offer to call us backIf he fails to contact us Honda of Superstition Springs will consider this matter closed. Mr*** can contact *** *** the General Manager at his direct line *** ***.Management

BEWARE: Unprofessional Salesman My name is Jerome and I'm the CEO of a large company here in AZ My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade to a larger SUV later this year and pay cash as we do with all our purchases So we had been researching vehicles for the last days We finally narrowed down which SUV we wanted to purchase but wanted to test drive it to ensure it met our requirements So we headed down to Honda of Superstition Springs We pulled into the parking lot and was greeted by a Salesman names Kevin (last name unknown) Kevin asked us for our names and then said, "have you spoken to anyone here at the dealership yet?" I said, "no Kevin, you're the first person we've spoken to" As we began to walk towards the Honda Pilot, I informed Kevin we wouldn't be purchasing until Sept so if he needed to help someone else to make his sales quota, I completely understand as I used to be in sales As we got closer to the SUV, Kevin said, "uh, you know, give me a minute and I'll go grab an Internet Sales Manager that can help you" I said no problem An individual by the name of Michael L*** came out to greet us He then asked an odd question which was, "do you remember who you spoke to in Internet Sales?"I paused, looked at him, grinned and then said, "Michael, I think Keven just pawned you off on us because he knew he wasn't going to make a sale with us today" Michael knew right away what happened, but NONETHELESS, he was absolutely 100% professional, kind, and said he would still like to help us take a test drive The funny part about this is we plan on paying CASH for our SUV in Sept Will we go back to this dealership to purchase the vehicle? IF we did, it would only be because of the professionalism of Michael L***! If one of my employees treated a client/customer like the way this dealership did, I would take swift action

Stay as far away as possible from this placeDon't let other reviews fool you You will get a better deal at *** Honda and you won't be blatantly lied toI had the worst car buying experience in my life at this placeHad agreed on a price with *** the Salesperson over the phone and came down to make the deal happenWhen I got there I test drove the vehicle, they ran my credit even after I told them specifically to run it after the price we agreed on was confirmedMy credit is excellent so the price increase had nothing to do with that. They give me the pricing and it's way more than what we agreed on over the phoneLong story short, I gave them a competitors quote to beat, they sent me pictures of the car I was buying, then when they gave me the higher pricing they said the salesperson *** was quoting a lesser model vehicle because they got me mixed up with another customer which is a blatant lie to get me to come down there in personThey couldn't even end up beating the competitors quote that I sent them originally which was from ***!! So if you want a ding on your credit, if you want to pay more money, and get lied to in the process feel free to come here to Superstition Springs Honda! Stay away

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is in my best interest, too proceed with my claimI came alittle bit short on my finances with this weeks checkI get paid biweekly and at the soonest of possibilities, there will be multiple inspections from Honda Specialist at $80-100+ dollarsIts not about the money, I invested 6yrs into this vehicle! I will put 6yrs into the truthMy wife lets off the gas pedal too stop at a stop sign and the tranny surges forwardsShe stated this on 10/I get sick too my stomach driving this vehicle, based on its constant movements on a straight and flat roadBeing a semi driver for over a million miles, I was disgusted when the young technician stated the up and down shifting was because of my unsteady foot on the throttleHonda may have changed the shift parameters in the tranny before I bought it, but I have no proof of this, since they will leave out as much detail as possibleeven the ***, I was promisedI will call the Extended warranty company too verify the true coverageThe warranty shows brackets and Silver falls under the list of different options, meaning Drivetrain is a bracket aboveAnd I was quoted a higher price, which left me saying too my wife, we must get the higher priced option, for awhile atleastBrackets contain info, you can bet this is for a reasonI wish I never had too read the Warranty- and solely base my trust in the Honda companyStill no phone call from *** so they can see, since the new (non bubbly?) fluid was installed, The tranny is amongst the worst in the valley, and that's been since day I will ask my wife tonight how too attach proper and future papersWho puts the car in cruise control and it surges forward? don't need a code for common automotive knowledgeCode issues from Parameter issues, could be? It will get addressed soonThank You Revdex.com Regards,*** ***

I have took my vehicle in for service three times on the same issue this last time they have had my vehicle for seven days when I call nobody answers when I finally get in contact they have no idea what's going onThey have given me the run around infact they told me I couldn't pick up my car at one point until I advised them I would get the police involved horrible customer service

Two routine repairs in the last few months have proven that not all dealers provide the same level of service SS Honda has been so good they have swayed me away from my other dealer of years, which sadly has become too "old-school" and slow
I tried SS Honda when my battery failed without notice (is there ever a notice when it comes to batteries?), and they had me in and out in less than minutes, even though I didn't have an appointment Today I was at my old dealer waiting for over an hour for them to even bring my car into the shop, and that was with an advance appointment Remembering the great work I had recently received at SS Honda on my battery, I called them and asked if they had time for an oil change Tommy said come on down and we'll have it done in minutes or less Since I had already waited over an hour with an appt at the other Honda dealer, I figured I'd give SS Honda a shot Sure enough, they had me in-n-out in less than minutes, including doing the paperwork These guys have the service down, and have easily earned my repeat businessThank you, Tommy and SS Honda, for your exceptional service

I went there for a new civic lxThey first showed me around their lot There was an ideal one which needs to be assemble the wheel capsLater on they let me test drive another one with same exterior and interior While we were working on the paper work, I found out that there were miles (VIN: ***) on the vehicle they are trying to sell meI was there for a brand new carAnd they were trying to trick me with a demo carThey didn't even tell me the mileage until I found it out on the paperworkI believe they were just trying to hide the fact and hoped I won't find out after the paperwork is doneThey refused to change a car after I requested and threatened that they flagged me in the car dealer system and no other dealers are going to sell me cars in phoenix areaI believe this is a scam

We purchased a car from this Honda locationWe worked out the price and additional servicesOne of additional purchases was the Auto Butler serviceThey way it was explained to us is it was an additional purchase I would make up front, and I would receive detailing on the car twice a year (every six months)I would receive a voucher in the mail to take the car in for detailingI made the purchase with the dealership at the same time I purchased the car
After seven months from the purchase, we didn't receive a voucher or any information in the mailI contacted the Auto Butler service and let them know I would be moving soon and updated my address and let them know I didn't receive anything yetThe rep responded in the email that they would update my address and send me a new voucherI received it in the mail and made an appointment where it said to goThe issue is, they refused to do the work without me paying them an additional $to clean the car, then they would do the

On January 31, 2017, I brought a brand NEW Honda Accord Touring After buying the car, I placed in my garage for the first few days to sell my old car Then I was gone for an entire week in California for business Right now the car has about miles due to the distance of the dealer from my house and a couple random errands I had to drive the car
The first thing I noticed was the GPS wasn't getting signal At first, I was like hmmm, maybe Phoenix doesn't have a strong signal but a week ago, I went to the Honda dealer and they said nope, there's something wrong and ordered an antenna for the GPS The very next day I noticed scratches on the back of my driver key on the glass section I was like hmmm, that's odd because I never dropped the key I then look at the other key and sure enough it also has scratches So it definitely came that way from the dealer
On February 13, AFTER coming back from my business trip, I go to Superstition Springs Honda and explain

Good afternoon, I think the best way to resolve this concern is to have *** come in and meet with myself and one of our product specialists who can review the unit, make recommendations, or go through the system A-Z and personally work out any quirks in the system on the spotPlease contact
me at *** at your earliest convenience to set up a good time. Best regards,Mike R***General Manager

I purchased a brand new HONDA HR-V with navigationThe navigation offers a "name place" button to help locate specific businessesWhen I use this, it gives me nearest locations outside of Arizonafor example I type in Hobby Lobby and it gives me an address in Lakeland, Florida or Dairy Queen it gave me Ontario CanadaI have been dealing with the service dept to get it resolved but after over a month they have had my car approxdays and I've taken it in 6-different timesthey took out the new system and replaced it times with "refurbished" units that wouldn't work and then replaced it with a "new one they had laying around" that was so outdated I couldn't put my home address in itAt one point they were able to use a sims to update the new/old gps but it still couldn't put my home address in itso I asked them to put my original gps in and update it but once again I got my car back without the updateI feel that I have not been taken seriously because I am a female

SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFAXWas even a "Certified Pre Owned"We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new oneSurprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealerThis was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the accidentIf trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Revdex.com and other certain parties about this
