Their response was to call themWhen I called them, they told me to I had to call Honda directly. I advised I had done that already and they were aware of the situation. I had already submitted the paperwork Honda had requested to fix their error, on my own. Honda World then became snotty, saying "You aren't going to get a check, its going to the finance company anyway" I advised I knew and understood this but no one has received a check. They then quipped, "well, we've done our part" and there was nothing left for them to do. Still no apology or explanation for the "lost" cancelation paperwork on their end. After prodding, they said, sure, we will let you know how this could have happened, when we find out. By her tone I doubt she expects anyone to inform me. We all know what happened; the company and salesmen would have lost their huge commission for selling me an overpriced warranty had that cancelation been property submittedI did call Honda Finance later, they advised they would be refunding the money. However, I was told this in October by Honda World of Westminster yet neither my finance company nor I have seen any proof of a check to date. Regards,

On 3/27/I purchased a vehicle (Vin # ***) from Honda World Westminster located at Beach Blvd, Westminster, California Prior to purchasing the vehicle I communicated with *** *** via text and emailI was quoted a purchase price of $34,However, during the purchasing process I was told by *** *** that the car had two "packages" installed on itThe cost of each package was $When I adamantly decline these packages I was then told that the car could not be purchased without the packagesMr*** stated, “you cannot purchase this car without these packages”Again, I asked that the packages be removed and I was told that all the cars on the lot and showroom included the same packagesOnce again, Mr*** stated that this is standard practice, these packages come with the car and you cannot purchase this car without them.On 3/28/I called American Honda Motor Company in Torrance, CA to confirm the above and learned that the "packages" are optional and not mandatory to purchase a vehicle.On 3/28/I left a voice mail for the General Manager, *** ***, of Honda World Westminster requesting a return call regarding this matter.On 3/30/I met with *** *** (representative of Honda World) to discuss this matter but we were unable to come to a resolutionAlso, I learned that the items sold to me in the "packages" (anti-theft deterrent, door guards, tire replacement for $each, free oil change for two years, and free roadside services) are free and that I was fraudulently sold these items.I am requesting an investigation of this matter as I believe the representatives of Honda World were dishonest, committed fraud and coercionI am also requesting a refund of $for the two "packages" that I was forced into purchasing. In addition...Our car wash machine washes approximately vehicles per day, and we have never had a complaint of this nature.
