I write you 2 days when I found your correspondence in my junk mail. I never heard from them. Nothing is resolved and I still want $400 from their overcharge. The issue is not resolved at all. I have not heard a word from Honda World.

Customer is comparing aftermarket prices versus original Honda parts. As a Honda dealer we will be more than happy to price match any other competitor dealer who is quoting on original equipment parts and not aftermarket parts. Please contact our service department 714-890-8900

To Whom it may concern:Below is the correspondence between myself and Mr. [redacted] ,  the facts are also listed below, and an copy of the buyers order stating that the vehicle was purchased as is with no warranty expressed nor implied is attached.Fact number #1...Mr [redacted] purchased this...

15 year old vehicle with 113,523 miles "AS IS"; (see attached buyers order) with no warranty.Fact number #2...Mr. [redacted] drove the vehicle 2,490 miles with a warning light on; after being advised not to, and ended up seizing the engine due to his negligence.   I received a call from Mr. [redacted] stating he was driving his car home to Louisville from a trip and that an oil light/oil pressure light was coming on. I advised him to get the car checked immediately and that he should not continue driving the car. He explained to me that the light had been coming on and off the whole trip. He called me later and explained to the that the car had stopped running. The car was towed into our service department and was determined that the engine has seized up for lack of oil.Our position is that the engine problem was due to Mr. [redacted]'s negligence, he purchased the vehicle As Is, we offered to do the repairs at our cost to him and he refused, elected to take it elsewhere, and any other future repairs or expenses are his responsibility not ours. Thanks, [redacted]Louisville Honda World#1 Swope AutoCenter Dr. Louisville, Ky 40299General Sales Manager- Pre Owned[redacted]

Good morning [redacted], I did not receive a notification from Revdex.com letting me know that I had an open complaint. Please have the customer contact me today before 3pm orMonday-Thursday 9am to 6pm Thank you, [redacted]

I was in contact with [redacted] the week before this letter. He is out of any warranty with us and he declined an extended service agreement. I told him that we would replace the engine with a used one at our cost in the amount of $3,400. He told me that he did not have that kind of...

money right now. He called me again yesterday explaining to me that the car had now locked up and was not able to drive. He asked again for any assistance and I just told him the same thing as I did a week ago. I told him that I could look into a finance option for the repair through our service department and he had stated that he had already tried that. [redacted] said that he could come up with $1,000 but that is all he had. I just simply reiterated what I had told him before that he was out of warranty and we would still honor fixing the car at our cost. [redacted]Used Car Director

We here at Honda World truly appreciate [redacted]'s business and by no means did we charge her any additional fees that were not document and signed off by her approval...that is not the way we do business. The $240.00 that she mentions is a bank fee charged by the bank...not a fee...

charged by Honda World. However in the spirit of goodwill and going the extra mile as we always do...I'm going to issue a check in the amount of $240.00 to [redacted] in the hope of retaining her as a long time loyal Customer and friend of Honda World.Yours very truly, [redacted]General Manager

Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] Louisville Honda World received an internet lead from American Honda Motor Company regarding the 2017 CR-V pre-launch; we received the name and phone number and followed up on the request by placing five calls and leaving four voice mail messages from...

December 23rd to December 31st.  The dealership received a blocked phone call from an unhappy customer on December 31st wanting us to remove him from our system; unfortunately the customer did not give us enough information to locate him in our system. The customer asked to speak to the General Manager who was not available at the time and refused to provide a phone number. The dealership called and made contact with the customer on December 31st and had the proper information to remove the customer from our lead system and immediately placed the caller on the do not call list. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience we have caused the customer; our only goal is to completely satisfy each and every guest.   Sincerely, [redacted] Director of Variable Operations

Review: [redacted] and I agreed to buy the Honda. [redacted] tried to sell him the extended warranty. [redacted] just mentioned the price of the warranty and no price breakdown was provided. [redacted] negotiated the warranty price from 6500 to $3500. [redacted] told [redacted] that he would have to ask me first. [redacted] said ok and he would have the paperwork ready for me to sign. [redacted] told him clearly that we could not go with the warranty altogether to which [redacted] said, no problem, we can take it out if you don’t want it, we want the customer to be happy.

We then went back to the dealership in the evening. [redacted] was busy so [redacted] Bach, another finance salesperson said he could finish the transaction. [redacted] also showed up and [redacted] insisted he could take over. We then told him that we wanted to remove it altogether but he kept going over his sales pitch. When nothing was working, he told us that all the numbers were already run and all the paperwork was already ready and that it would be easier for them if we could just sign it for now, and if we still decided to not take the warranty, all we had to do was sign this one form and that all the money would be returned. Since it was getting late we did what we thought was a favor for them and not let them have to do all the paperwork all over again. My husband repeatedly asked if all of the money would be returned to which [redacted] said yes, without explaining any details at all. So I signed the papers.

We then noticed that they had changed us around 4100 for the warranty even though the price negotiated was 3500. So I called them to remove the warranty but could not reach them after calling numerous times. I filled out the form that was given to me and faxed it. I called to verify and they said that only part of it was cancellable. This is where we were first came to know that the warranty package sold to us had different parts to it which [redacted] conveniently bothered not to mention to us at all the day we signed the papers.Desired Settlement: We contacted them to remove all warranties as [redacted] had mentioned. [redacted] denied he was there with us(if there is an investigation open, check the camera) . Then he said that they could not cancel parts of the warranty and that they could do nothing about it. Despite telling him that it was him who had assured us that everything could be removed, he completely denied saying any of this by saying that he didn’t deal with us and also refusing to remove those warranties.

This dealership and particularly this 19 year old [redacted] Bach was deceptive and lied to us to sign the papers with the warranty which could not be removed. They were lazy to not want to run the paperwork again to remove the warranty then like we had requested to. We thought we were doing him a favor by not making him go over all the documents but it turned out to be a deceptive move on their part to make us get an unreturnable warranty. We would like them to cancel all warranties that they sold us.

Review: I should have read the reviews on Yelp before going to Honda World. We called in inquiring about an older Honda Civic they were advertising and they had us come in. When we got there we were sold on a 2015 Honda Civic, they sold us on the idea that they had a special program that would finance us. The car was for my 19 year old daughter. We went on a

Wednesday signed the papers and drove off with the new car. We went back on Thursday to re-sign the contract everything was fine. On Saturday I received a text message from [redacted] (no clue who he was) his message said to go to Honda World and receive a voucher for free full tank of gasoline but needed to be there no later than October 5k, 2015 because it expired, no calls were received after that text message. My poor daughter drives to Honda World to receive her free voucher and is ambushed by who knows who! He takes her car key away and leaves her standing in the lobby. She wasn't told anything all he said was give me your car keys. She without question hands him her car key and he walks away, comes back 20 minutes later telling her they are taking the car back because they couldn't finance her. So the text message offering free gasoline was a scam! They should have called us to tell us about the problem with the financing. They left her there with her younger sister without a back up ride to go home. Who does that??? They acted in a misleading, mischievous and wrong way. I am looking for legal assistance with this matter. Car leaders should stop lying and stop misleading!

THE EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WORLD WAS HORRIBLE AND MY DAUGHTER WAS LEFT CRYING WITHOUT A RIDE BACK HOME!

I Do not recommend them to anyone!

They should have at least called to inform us that we would not be financed and that the car had to be returned and we would have returned it on the spot.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: to find the correct financing; and or sell her the used car she originally visited them for.
